One election and the sour losers have set an entire country to self-destruction. Addo and his Npp followers have set Ghana on a path to doom of unspeakable propositions. It is easy to fall but very difficult to standup but above everything what they’re sowing in the minds of future generations with this immoral court challenge of the election results is beyond repairs.
This court case has really set this country to destruction; it’s eating away at the fabric of the nation. It has initiated the erosion of the losing the already frugal morals, ethics and most importantly, the patriotism in this generation has for the country.
Addo and NPP were supposed to be the conservatives of Ghana politics but now they’re in the same grouping as tyrants. They’re holding a whole country at ransom because they lost an election and if not fairly as they want everyone to believe but, it was without a doubt due to their own ineptitudes. Where were the party’s monitors at the stations and for them not to notice that they were being doped? Isn’t it imperative to accept one half of the election results and refute the other even both took place simultaneously and under the same rules. This is a case of when you when snooze you lose.
This is a group that displayed litany of arrogance during the campaign. Besides insulting other tribes and so forth they also floated the impression that they were the wisest creators to ever walk on two legs and yet their massage was very shallow. The massage to provide free education was one point dimensional. More like a communist and not a conservative policy. Of all that ails the country, was that the unique initial or critical path to take? Ghanaians saw true that and hence didn’t vote for you. Addo and his cronies lost regardless how you look at it. The challenge in the courts is indeed a circus, waste of country’s precious time, finances and a sap of its cirque and mindset.
Based on this, I call on all Ghanaians, intellectuals both in Ghana or the in diaspora, doctors, clergy, students, chiefs, unions, every organized group in the country and of course every enlightened Ghanaian in the diaspora to put tribalism and put pressure on Addo and NPP to withdraw this case immediately. It is doing more damage to the country and nothing else. It has run its stupid course and needs to end. It doesn’t belong in the courts after all Ghana can’t and should not be subjected to redefine democratic elections.
Finally, I say the EC but more importantly, its boss, Afari Gyan (no one is granted a job) should be humiliated and even fired for doing such a terrible job. And since the EC has clearly demonstrated it awfully lacks efficiency, its tasks and assignments must be rewritten for them to follow. Get well bro. Thank you.
