The NDC government especially under Mahama for the past 10 months is worsening the Ghanaian economy through SHEER LEADERSHIP INCOMPETENCE AND MISMANAGEMENT.
Although, I don't have the full details of the statistics, one item which struck me with regards to the figures given is the "Similarly, interest payments amounted to GH¢1.6 billion against a target of GH¢1.1 billion"
A discrepany of over 30%. This shows clearly that the government have no control of how the finances are being managed.Debt interest payments are one of the few line items in the budget that any effective organisation must be able to estimate with a degree of certainty because you should have much or all all the information available to make you forecast especially if you manage proctively?
The 30% plus descripancy raises a lt of questions:
1. Does it mean the are loans not under the managemt of the government yet interest cost are paid by the government?
2. Does the compiler of the loan portfolio information excluded some of the debt data yet interest is still captured in the fiscal report?
The above and many questions can be asked and the all point to incompetence in managing the financial affairs of Ghana.

Mahama is a CROOK filling our ministries with ghost workers to rocket-high our wage bill. Every NDC project cost Ghanaians more than twice their real cost.
With a government as NDC who needs an organised crime government.
Mahama preaches peace to cover his corrupt governance. The public face of NDC is peace but the private face is corruption.
