That is why I like my SDA church. we only worship God and play to him only, we don't pray to fake miracle maker. And our church members are some of the most successful in the world because, instead of sitting in the church all week long waiting for miracles, we will put those hours to work six days a week as the bible says and that is the reason why Israel is so successful also. everything is open is six day: schools, banks, .......so they have one day extra in a week than other countries.

BORN AGAIN:

A born again is a person who has taking upon himself to make the values of Jesus Christ a heart felt issue, to pursue those values to the best of the persons ability in respect and glory to the Lord. With the help of the spirit of Jesus Christ which is not different from his sayings and teachings, as well as things he did and practices.

Initially, a person has to receive the baptisma in water and possibly spiritual baptisma of speaking in tongues, which is very necessary. From then going, listening or reading the bible to ascertain the truth and the wisdom behind the scriptures to improve oneself within the known scriptures. The total summation is Salvation into the Kingdom of God which is yet to come.

In a sense the persons are training themselves on how they are going to live in the coming Kingdom, which is all about the King of that Kingdom. Here the king is a dictator, no balloting, voting, civil rights. The members of the kingdom lives to glorify God through that KING. This pushes away the schemes of Lucifer who was able to penetrate God's setups in the garden of aden. In the new garden, the King is there to siphon through every thoughts and heart to weed out that of Satan if any, since the Kings blood He shed on Calvary purifies his members. Hence anyone with God Almighty becomes holy through the King.

Half christ, half juda don't make it as Christ own. That is the anti-christ system which is here to dilute christianity to deceive many to adopt a twisted christianity. The whole concept of christianity is like a baby learning to walk. This babies step and fall, then get up and fall till they are able to walk on their own correctly. Even at the grown up age they fall sometimes and get up and walk. This is why knowing the gospel helps born agains to be come better christians. Not to strike them and kill them like what Jadao-christo want to do. Compound Faith-base bullshit Ron. A born again cannot be referred to as a dog, because that is an insult to the King of Kings. Who-ever uses these dog/cat labels to a born again is making mockery of the Lord God. That person might be an anti-christ too, because another born again understand something about the gospel.It looks like words but words has life when the name of Jesus Christ is attached.

Can someone tell me what the point of this story is? I find it so very interesting that some people who have been looking for an opportunity to speak against Senior Prophet TB Joshua just because God is using him (TBJ), and not them, mightily, have chosen to use the unfortunate incident of the stampede to achieve their aim. I have seen, read, heard and known many cases, in Ghana and elsewhere, where Churches and Church Groups were going on crusades, evangelism, pilgrimages, etc and some of them died in accidents, just like the stampede. I never once heard people say that the pastors or leaders of these groups were ritualists or occultists who had used their members as sacrifices. What I believe in is that, the more people gang up against TB Joshua, the more God expands his territory and anointing. I guess this is a typical case of "Father forgive them for they know not what they do".

What in the sheikhs statement is not true about the realities in Ghana. Please pastor abotsi and kwame do we have to belong to one faith recognising some basic wrongs in human life ? But let me remind you that anybody who tells you Islam and christiianity has no relation then that person is a novices of both religions. Let me tell you that I have read both noble books and in the Quran there is a full chapter dedicated to the mother of Jesus and Jesus name is mentioned in the Quran far more than in both the old, new testament and all written bibles of today. And if my two brothers wants an open debate on this topic i am ever prepare for this. So please let's not chain out stories in support of some evil acts that goes on in our country. My point is not testifying that Moslems are also not capable of committed mistakes or swerving from their practice but what I am literally saying is lets condem acts which affronts our sovereign rights as noble men and women of god. Jesus said those who come after him would do greater miracles than he did :: And the Bible says in Revelation that our testimony and the blood shed on the cross helps us to overcome satan.
Sects such as Jehova witnesses, SDA, Church of Christ and others can believe what they like but the truth remains that our faith is strengthened by the miracles occuring in our lives as christians: if Jesus was here today the same would be said of him as they did when he was on Earth.

I want assure chief Imam that Jesus did not say that his followers would not be able to do what He (Jesus) did, but rather that if his disciples or follower believe in Him GREATER things would they do in His name.
If a muslem can go to this length,what are pastors doing?I think the chief Imam is more spiritual than our some of our so called pastors.

Greater miracles would be done by those who have faith in Christ.Miracles that supersedes what Jesus Christ did because He, Christ was going to the Father( John 14:12)
So it is possible for Prophet T.B.Joshua to do greater miracles- all things being equal.That is if T.B. is working with the Spirit of God.
Also the devil is capable to duplicate strange things and sugarcoat it as a miracle, though it is rightly just magic.A very clear example is the encounter between Moses and the magicians of Pharaoh.The Book of Revelation also talks about the devil doing strange things to deceive many.
So it may again be that T B is of the second example as well.
One needs the spirit of discernment from the Lord to see which is which.Again the spiritual can easily tell what spirit T.B is using because the Bible says that by their way of living or lifestyle they shall be known.
No one will be with Jesus or has come to hear Jesus or the word of God, and will die.If it so happens the power of the Lord is able to bring the dead back to life because the Lord would not want His good to be evil spoken of.
In the book of Acts(Acts 20:1-38) Paul was teaching deep into the night when one guy sitting by the window fell down to his death; Paul had to bring the dead back to life.
Why couldn't T.B do the same?
Three reasons: either he doesn't have that power and hence not a true man of God; or those dead were full of abominable sin who wanted something Holy and make mockery of God and hence their sudden death( the sons of Aaron, Nadib and Abihu); or finally T.B is using demonic spirit that was requiring human sacrifices hence the deliberate causing mayhem to cause stampede to have people die to be sacrificed to that evil spirit.
I try not to criticise men of God but to pray that people will rather seek first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness so that all other things will come in due time. People should live holy lives, work hard, do good and be patient and God will proof himself to them. Amen.

Can anybody out there tell when and where any of these so called men of God had been able to feed even 20 people with two loathes of bread and two small fish to their satisfaction? Once again we have to respect and acknowledge the fact that Jesus Christ is unique. He is more than a Prophet. He is the Son of God, and the image of the invisible God. Christ is the one who reveals the Father to anyone whom HE pleases.

In ages past, God raised up Prophets. Each Prophet had his call.

The call of Moses, among other things, was to bring together the children of Israel back to land promised them. God covenanted with them; they were entrusted with the Oracles of God. He was also to be given the Law, upon which subsequent Jewish Prophets who would, through their direction, encouragement and warning shepherd the people.

God was unfolding his purpose and his plans to humanity throughout the ages, each of the Prophets foretelling the coming of the Messiah.

Later on, the Prophet Daniel was used by God to make HIMSELF known to other nations and empires, notably the Babylonian(Iraq, including part of former Assyrian Empire) and Medo Peria Empires(Iran, including part of former Babylonian Empire).

In short God raised up Prophets at different times for distinct purposes. Yet the call of the Prophets harmonies with those of the past Prophet.

John the Baptist came to pave the way for the Messiah, and that was a privilege on his part, for many desired to see Christ in the past, but they could not. John the Baptist was accorded with being greatest among all those born of women, yet to the best of our knowledge he was not used by the Lord to perform miracles of kind comparable to that of Moses.

So we should not esteem men of more than others because of the miracles being wrought.

The most important thing is that is is God who at act.

We also have to understand, it was when Jesus came and atone for since, He gave us believers the authority to overcome demonic oppressions. Jesus himself delivered, healed, preached, taught, Evangelized, commissioned etc.

Thus, Jesus Christ had a balanced Ministry. Christ entrusted unto us riches from heaven through the gifts of the spirit, and the exercise of it is an integral part of our service to God and humanity.

"These signs shall follow those that belief", says the Lord.

Jesus also says "You shall do greater things, because I go to the Father"

TB Joshuah is a man of God with Prophetic gift which clearly evident. I see Benny Hinn as an Evangelist, and TB Jakes as a Pastor.

Neverthless, they all have other ministerial gifts as well, because each of these gifts actually blend with one another.

Idolatry and deceptions are very rampant in the West African sub region, and Africa in general, and the world, at large.

The Lord has raised him to set many people free from demonic oppression ignorance. The Ministry of deliverance is not exercised in quite a number of denominations, or at least not in an unprecedented scale like we witness in SCOAN. The fact is that his gifts addresses and confronts the spiritual issues of our day.
