What a shame that, in this day and age, Ghana should still be dependent on "donor budgetary support." All in government, stop the kleptocracy and bribery and receiving; within a month latest, Ghana will be more than solvent.
Interestingly there is no mention of government selling all the expensive cars and giving up on lavish lifestyle at the expense of our taxes. The solution to the problems are always ignored.
