IRRIGATED AGRICULTURE OF GHAANA HUGE FERTILE LAND IS KEY, ADDED VALUE MANUFACTURING SECTOR, ENERGY, RAIL, HOUSING, SALT SECTOR, SANITATION, UNDERGROUND PIPES, FIBRE OPTICS, TRADING IN AFRICAN ZONES WILL BE GOOD ENOUGH TO POWER THIS ECONOMY.
  EVEN 2 BILLION WILL STILL BE OVERSUBSCRIBED. TODAY AMERICAN, EUROPEAN GOVERNMENT BONDS WORTH NOTHING OR HAD ZERO YIELDS. REDUCE PUBLIC SECTOR WAGE BILL TO ONE THIRDS, RETRAIN THESE FOLKS FOR FUTURE JOBS IN OTHER SECTORS.

  This gentleman is a very accomplished person whose advice worths taking. If we have five-thousand of his kind in Ghana, we would be better off.
