Mr Tsikata’s 13 days of cross examination appears to have failed in mounting a strong challenge to the case of the petitioners in the context of the two issues being determined by the court. The issues are whether there were statutory and constitutional violations, irregularities or malpractices in the conduct of the December presidential election and whether, if any, they affected the outcome of the election.
The NDC’s counsel has mainly focused on defects in respect of labelling of exhibits by the petitioners, as well as those identified in respect of the pink sheets and affidavits. From the very beginning, anyone who is intently watching the SC case will agree with me that, NDC has tried many ways to distort the proceedings but with no success. First and foremost, they did not want the case to be telecast publicly so that they would be able to cook up stories to tell Ghanaians. They protested vehemently against this live broadcast whereby we found someone like Ayarecough,(Ghana's most stupid idiot contending as presidential candidate).
Again NDC made a childish claim that the number of pink sheets given them was not up to the number. They were asked to tell us what number of pink sheets they received from the registry, but they said we will not tell you. Forgetting so well that it is only a fool who goes to the bank and fails to count whatever amount received in presence of the bank cashier, takes the money home and comes back to the bank, claiming the money is not up to the amount they received. What makes it more interesting is that they refuse to tell us the actual number of pink sheets received, blaming it on NPP as if NPP are the ones who delivered the pink sheets to them (NDC). Somewhere along the line, they ask for counting, with the hope that their thievery machomen would be the ones to be contracted for the counting. When that dream failed, Asiedu Nkatia, out of nowhere, asks for NDC foolsoldiers to come and take control of the pink sheet. They even went to the extent of asking for the keys to enter the pink sheet storage and this was also a fiasco. Up to now, these NDC idiots must know that all their stupid and thievery tricks are not materializing because God is the real judge and not the nine judges with William Atuguba as their head.
