The shortage of midwives is not our only problem,visionary Leaders are also in short supply
There is not a single wise person in that group of idiots called ndc. the only 3 wise among the: Sekou, Amidu and Nana Konadu have pulled out.
It isn't that Ghana is not producing enough midwives; the problem could be attributed to brain drain. Since the socio-economic conditions are not favorable, the midwives have travelled outside to seek for greener pastures.

What is the government waiting for? Just bring 2000 midwives from Cuba and the problem will be solved. Then send SHS/JHS leavers from deprived areas to Cuba for training as midwives.

some of the midwives are very competent they should be paid more for extra hours
