NDC propaganda and crimes will never seize. They are capable of manipulating everything including the number of boxes and pink-sheets. Why did they insist that the pink-sheets were less than 11.000 when they knew very well that even 8,000 is enough to prove NPP's case? Why should NPP submit 8,000 and claim to submit 11,000? It doesn't make any sense. The only beneficiary of any addition or subtraction in the pink-sheets is NDC and NPP.

Why did they lie that all the representatives and the referee took inventory of the boxes and they were 24 boxes in open court and it turned out to be a lie? NDC can't win this case through crimes and frivolous technicalities. After all, even eight thousand pink-sheets are enough to prove NPP's case. NDC should concentrate on explaining to Ghanians whey those irregularities occurred and not indulge in propaganda.

Why did they insist that the pink-sheets were less than 11.000 when they knew very well that even 8,000 were enough to prove NPP's case? Why should NPP submit 8,000 and claim to submit 11,000? It doesn't make any sense. The only beneficiary of any addition or subtraction in the pink-sheets is NDC and not NPP. They are the prime suspects and any investigations must start with them.

Why did the NDC lie in an open court that all the representatives and the referee took inventory of the boxes and they were 24 boxes, which turned out to be a lie? NDC can't win this case through crimes and frivolous technicalities. If they were only 24 boxes and 8,000 plus pink-sheets, whey should NPP say they were 11,00 plus when they knew they were not. After all, even 8,000 pink-sheets are enough to prove NPP's case that there were irregularities and malpractices in the 2012 elections. NDC should concentrate on explaining to Ghanaians whey those irregularities occurred and not indulge themselves in cheap propaganda.

I foresee the petitioners explaining the overages as due to their "clerical errors" of duplications, triplications and quadruplications. Now this is going to solicit further probes as to find which pink sheets were in fact multiplicated and involve not just a headcount but a real audit. In all these scenarios the petitioners' case is going get weaker because they will be seen as trying to remove a speck from the eyes of the EC, whiles they blatantly ignore the log in their own eyes!

We must change our attitude as some of us are just too recalcitrant and is not helping this nation!

The issue at stake is not even conclusive as KPMG is yet to submit their official report to the SC. Moreover, the NDC original concern was under-submission of the pink sheets.

Now it appears to be over-submission. It's quite premature then to rain venom on the NPP without recourse to the conclusive opinion on the floor of the court. NPP will definitely have a big question to answer to the nation if it's proven something fishy is simmering somewhere. But who knows, it may turn out to thwart NDC's effort to counter the NPP's claim of electoral malfeasance. No matter what, the naked indecency is utterly uncalled for.

Even if 40,000 or one million were counted the assertion that fewer number was served leaves room to wonder if receipts of acknowledgement were tendered to that effect otherwise it is a ploy to entrap the petitioner. Remember attempts had been made by the National Security guys to tamper with the pink sheets. Who knows their success rate ? Bizarre and murky. NDC THIEVES AND CONNIVERS ! WAKE UP FOLKS.. On the other hand, if the figure turns out to be more than the 11,842, then it's probably due to 'pink sheet over-counting' or over-voting. Just exercise patience and I am sure very soon KPMG will report their findings to the SC.

Did you not see and hear him in open court say that when the petitioners were asked to provide "further and better particulars" they left out some 703 which they are no longer contesting so the number of pic-shits in custody will remain 11,842 but those in contention will be reduced by 703. No where has Bawumia stated that he used only over 2000 pig-shits in his analysis.

During cross-examination, witness Bawumia insisted that he only used 11, 842 and later amended 11,138 pink sheets in his analysis. Anyone who cares to do his own analysis from Bawumia's affidavit for the 24 categories will find out that what he is claiming is true (in terms of number of pink sheets used). Upon being presented with occurrences of duplications, Bawumia explained that they might only be due to packaging errors and that if these duplications were taken into account, there might be more than 11,842 physical sheets but each pink sheet was used once. If truly 13,900 pink sheets have been found, then it buttresses Bawumia's claims. All that KPMG has to report on is the number of distinct polling station results. I have no doubt that this would be around 11,842.

Just a summary.
1. Why have the petitioners maintained in open court and under oath that they supplied 11842 sheets to the respondents and the court?
2. Why did the petitioners not provide the respondents the exact number of sheets in contention but what specific number of votes to be deducted from those sheets? Remember that the petitioners are specifically asking the court to annul a specific number of votes which can only emanate for specific polling stations which are verifiable only from the respective pink sheets.
3. How would the respondents make a case for or against the issues if they do not have all the evidents in contentions?

It may well be the Tsikata folks who planted 7 more boxes when they gained access to the room where the other boxes were kept so as to discredit the Petitioners and the counting process. Tsikata is an ex-convict and is capable of doing anything. The cse they are defending is so bad that they want to win on technicalities. How did they know that there were 24 boxe4s when the counting had not commenced by KPMG? NDC thugs tampered with the boxes at the Judiciary. Period ! The petitioners must stand on their grounds. He said: “We have maintained all along that what they’ve supplied is nothing more than eight thousand [and] something”, adding that: “…We’ve said that there’s a shortfall of 3,337, could be more”.

Nana Ato Dadzie noted that “…If that gap shows on the computer, then they will have to account for it but on our side, we say that we account for it by saying that it is as a result of the duplicates, triplicates, the quadruplicates [of pink sheets]…and that these duplicates, triplicates and quadruplicates which they admit or he [Bawumia] admitted is in his evidence material were put in to bloat [the number of pink sheets]”.

At Thursday’s hearing, the Bench, at the instance of the Counsel for the governing Party, Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata ordered an independent audit of all the pink sheets tendered in evidence by the Petitioners.

The directive came after Mr. Tsikata asserted, during his seventh day of cross examination of key Witness Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, that the Petitioners did not submit to the Respondents, all the 11,842 pink sheets out of the total of 26,002, based upon which they are in court to challenge the 2012 presidential election results.

And according to the witness, they did summit exactly 11,842 pink sheets. so if you could remembered after Tsatsu was asked to direct his claims to KPMG when he hinted that there were more boxes added to the original boxes, he continued his cross-examination and suggested to the witness(Dr. Bawumia)that after the audit, it will show that they did not file exactly 11,842 as they claimed. And the response was that he disagreed with him. So whether is less or more they still filed the case in the "bad faith" as the respondents actually relying their case on.

The question is, were there irregularities? Were there violations with regards to voting without bio-metric verification, were there fake pooling stations and did representatives of EC at pooling stations refuse to sign their signatures on the pink sheets and if so for what reason? Again, did all these violations affect the election 2012? Were there clerical errors as claimed by the EC and if the so called jon mahama get elected for reason of these errors? These are the case for which the case is at the court for redress. So when will NDC be wise? Just look at their chief witness. He is shitting in his pants all over the court room in the witness box. He can't read. He cant calculate; all he can do is insult people and crack jokes. Let's see how he performs when he is under cross examination. Is he the so called idiot going to court? I guess so. What surprises me was their firm assertion that the number was far less and that counting will vindicate them. I guess they wanted to steal from the pink sheets but since they were not able to do it, they made up the story of addition. Now, instead of admintting that we were wrong, they are now asking to show why it is more than what is espected. By the way the surplus is the duplicates that Tsikata has spent all his time fighting against. He should have taken Bawumias advice that he will search till thy kingdom come he will not find any duplicate in his analysis. NDC need to do better and stop this "patapaa" show they always put up

What is Atuguba doing about this? It is more important to deal with this situation than to shout on Lawyer Addison to sit down. And where are the other 8 SC judges? Atuguba is biased and should be watched very carefully else he would steal the final verdit for the respondents. Why should Atuguba disallow Addison from re-examining Dr.Bawumia? Tsikata, where did you get the 24 boxes and 8000 pink sheets from if your people did not tamper with the materials when you forced your way into the strongroom before counting commenced?

Haaba!!!I wonder if tomorrow individuals who have mastered the art of confronting every single issue/story with venom are given the mandate to lead this country in whatever capacity they'll get decently level-headed citizens to tout for their leadership. Not until this nation rids itself of extreme disgusting hatred for political opponents on pure personal levels there would be circus gimmicks and development will stalk!

We must change our attitude as some of us are just too recalcitrant and is not helping this nation!

The issue at stake is not even conclusive as KPMG is yet to submit their official report to the SC. Moreover, the NDC original concern was under-submission of the pink sheets.

Now it appears to be over-submission. It's quite premature then to rain venom on the NPP without recourse to the conclusive opinion on the floor of the court. NPP will definitely have a big question to answer to the nation if it's proven something fishy is simmering somewhere. But who knows, it may turn out to thwart NDC's effort to counter the NPP's claim of electoral malfeasance. No matter what, the naked indecency is utterly uncalled for.

That is the gravamen of the case and that is the question which should decide the outcome of the case. Assuming for the sake of argument, that the counted pink sheets were in excess of what the NPP tendered in evidence, and the additional pink sheets contain irregularities, that would strengthen the NPP case than weaken it.

Well the answer is simple, records has it by the supreme court that they tendered in 11,000 plus pink sheets period. It was Tastu who came out that they were not served with 11,000 plus pink sheets, what about the EC, were they also not served with the exact amount of pink sheets?, why was the NDC so concerned about the protection of the pink sheets while it was safe at the vaults of the supreme court?, why would Tastu and his co stormed in the counting room and claimed that the number of boxes have increased by seven whereas the KPMG claims that no stock was taken this means that NDC has their agenda but soon the truth will come out.

I've always maintainted that Tsatsu Tsikatat & Co., have something sinister up their sleeves. When the going gets tough, they always find a way to drag the court process.

From the very day that Tsatsu started his arguement about 8,000 pink sheets, I knew he's come up with new tricks, esp. having heard him say that he'll be back with his cross-examination.

The clue here is that the NPP served various parties with their affidavidt esp. regarding the pink sheets; the EC didn't provide any even when asked to do so. The NDC cannot blame anyone in this instance because the NPP had previously told the court about reducing the number of their pink sheets from whatever number to 11,137 if I'm right. So even if 15,000 or 20,000 pink sheets were found, NDC don't have any cause to complain; NPP have already informed the Supreme Court about the reduction of pink sheets.

NDC's "Kwaku Ananse" tactics won't help them. They told the court that the the number of pink sheets wasn't up to 11,000 plus, but less than that; the recount by KPMG has revealed that indeed the number was higher than what the NDC was trying to confuse the court about. The truth here is that NDC's plans have back-fired, big time! It's a big shame to them and all their "apparatchiks" at home and around the world. Mama Mia!

Interestingly, they've turned around to pretend that their claims were true. They had told the court that they received only 8,000 pink sheets. Their plot didn't work out. It's a big shame and a big blow to NDC's credibility. It's really a big shame! What else is Tsatsu & Co, going to tell the court and Ghanaians? Only God knows.

They have just added those of their pink sheets that they want to reduce to the ones that has to be counted to bloat it and cause confusion.Because they saw that the amount of sheets at the registry is 11,000 plus and they do not want to lose, they reduce all their pinksheets and add it to the ones that have to be counted. It is only them who know how much the boxes are there. Yet, they are lying about an inventry which nobody has taken.
