  This is what I have been talking about on several occasions on this forum. Ghana needs a long-term national development plan, managed by competent, non-partisan citizens. This plan can be reviewed every 3 years with incompetence punished.
  
  Unfortunately, politics is killing us; our educational system is changed at whim and caprice of a political party. Projects are abandoned because they were initiated by the other party! How do we grow our economy? How do we provide stable job employment for workers? How can the government expect tax revenues to grow to meet salient national needs?
  Our government continues to bloat - each ministry now has two deputy minister. And how many ministries do we have for this nation of 25 million? Where do we get the funds to pay their salaries? The number of seats in parliament has also expanded with no regard for population concentration. Is it fair for 2000 people to send one person to parliament when someone get the support of 10000 but does not?
  
  We are indeed ruled by selfish and greedy individuals who do not deserve our support (all the political parties and ministers).

  Lets have a referendum on the recommendations made by the CRC. Politicians do not have the national interest a heart. Ghana need a long term NATIONAL PLAN that cannot be changed by any political party.
