Go ask the Akyem mafia, the NPP "gurus" of lawyers whether it was not Tsatsu and Fui Tsikata who made human beings of them. They taught them and even passed them their law examinations. Ask for a fact, whether any of such arrogant lawyers on the side of the petitioners has ever had a first class (1st class)honours?? Tsatsu has made a name in Legon and in Oxford but others whose certificates have turned into just affidavits and even those who have not really attended law school anywhere are accorded "respect"!! Oh! Ghana!! Are we honest human species at all!!! Tsatsu is humble but his legal and skills of jurisprudence is unparralled by any contemporary living human being.

Even Kuffour had to increase the number on the bench from his NPP political background to be able to defeat Tsatsu. His imprisonment has too much of political vendetta that was visited on Ghana by Kuffour, an Akan venting spleen on the stalwarts of the PNDC and NDC government for that matter. Here we are all gathered for a vexacious and frivolous and bloated pink sheets to "win" the favour of the Highest court of the land!! This will not happen under the watch of the real facts and hard evidence that is wobbling under the NPP petition. The irregularities that was alleged happened in the strong holds of the NDC (as if orchestrated) really happened under the strongholds of the NPP. So, what is the matter??? For fairness, the "mistakes" that happened were not meant to give anyone advantage!! So NPP cannot prove how the "irregularities" helped to increase the votes of the dear President, Dramani Mahama!!! This is the crack and difficult part of so called Bawumiah's "analysis" !!!

Ghana will not die!!! No war will ever happen in Ghana!! Peace is what we all need!! Anyone who stokes the fire of conflagration will be burned downed for good!!!!

Your argument really stinks of the the typical ayigbe mentality- noboby should surppass me, and I will make sure of that too. Get this, teaching and practicing law or for that matter any field of intellectual endeavor are two totally different things. We all lived and schooled in Ghana and are very much aware how reasearch-lazy our teachers, masters and professors are. I can bet you that for any professional you either stay on top of your game or die, the Tsatsus of Ghana are only good at bamboozling ignorant people in that country. Any fool with notes in hand, will become an expert to the novice, after so many years of parroting the same information. If Tsatsu and his like are the best legal minds we have in the country, it is little wonder quite a number of lawyers in our country exhibit such abbysmal performance. Tell me the number of landmark cases your Tsatsu Tsikata has won ? The answer is zero. Akuffo-Addo's cases are however, cited in legal briefs in Ghana.

I will leave you with one Akan adage- "odehyie betoo akoa". Meaning the workers and personalities who keep a kingdom intact, were present way before the heir to the throne was born. The long and short of this adage is that, one can indeed surpass their teacher, in any field of endeavor. If your logic held up, then your teachers should be leaders and making critical decision in the country.

As the bus travels out into the suburbs, the dog takes in the scenery. After awhile he stands on his back paws to push the "stop" button, then the butcher follows him off.

Tsatsu may have started walking at 3 months, read the Quoran at six years and the entire Bible before he was seven; but he is a complete failure at law as far as this court case is concerned! "I have in my hand ..." cannot be the law we all fear. Or was it the repetitive threats to Bawumiah about ".... You have sworn on the Quoran ...." It does not appear to Tsatsu and people like him that swearing by the witness binds the lawyers who try to get them to lie on their oath, too.
Tsatsu is a thief and useless in this court case. He tried to steal from Bawumiah, but the latter was on his guard all through those 15 days. He failed to challenge successfully any of the charges the petitioners have brought against the respondents. We do not have to be lawyers to know the direction this case is heading. If Tsatsu, as the genius, failed to subdue ordinary, common man Bawumiah, then where are we going to tell his story? Empty barrels make the most sound!
