Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Yes, just as a foreign military ship on a friendly visit to another country CANNOT BE SEIZED in lieu of a debt owed to a vulture fund by its country of origin, a fact which ALL LAWYERS AND JUDGES in Ghana were unaware of until we were disgraced internationally and incurrred heavy financial losses, the immunity of the President cannot be breached this way too! It is a POLITICAL PRINCIPLE, enshrined only in legal edicts, but it appears the Ghanaian lawyers have failed to understand this, since the whole thing is new to them, being just developing people (the new euphemism for backward people) imitating advanced people! So go on and insult Ewes cos one has the guts and advanced sense of understanding the const'nal provison and was bold enough to go to the SC, even though belatedly. You are just backward idiots and morons anyway.

BTW, the case was thrown out not 'cos it lacks merit but the claim that he must follow a certain procedure, which he insisted he did not need to do, since the case is a const'nal one. Ndebugre agreed with him.

Those who advised Mahama to file a defence, instead of pleading immunity, are just fools! It is enough for the NDC to file for a joinder.

We have a few Akans too who do things without thinking. I won't mention names but we all know them, as well as Gas, and it affect the whole tribe. Please until we the populace unite, these few foolish scholars will disturb our peace all the time, by sitting together and drink their cold beers and Chinchinga. The reason why these things keep on happening is that, such named scholars have realized most of the Ghanians can not reason logically so they take us for a ride. I really don't blame them because they are subject to their birth. The weak genes they inherit from their forebears is the why sissy complains all the time. In addition, they are stupid. Just take a look of their past.

When Akomfo Anokye commandeered the so-called golden stool from thin air for their fathers, he did not do so praying to Jesus Christ. Here the constitution is talking about WHAT the President has done, which may have been judged by somebody as "illegal".
The Petition case is about how somebody - so to speak - "tie a rope around the neck of a he-goat, and presents it as 'Your President'.."

Article 64 on the other hand provides a process for judicial review of election disputes which has no bearing or relationship to Article 57. This is first year law school analysis and the case should have summarily been dismissed by the court sua sponte and not provided this attention seeker a forum to show his ignorance
