  Congratulating Ghana for what? AU, after nearly 50 years of existence could not mobilize funds of its own to put up a headquaters. How can it build Africa?

  They are not congratulating, they are rather mocking Africa. When Nkrumah had this vision of uniting Africans for the common good of Africa, these same foreign missions with the help from Africans (collaborators) made sure that the vision would not achieved it purpose, and sure enough, 50 years have passed and there is nothing tangible to show off. It did not matter whether one was/is Anglo-Africa or Franco-Africa; Nkrumah was only interpreting what the creator had said that “in unity lies strength”. Strength to protect the continent rich mineral resources for future generations but what did our leaders choose to do? Their greediness and lack of foresight let to not only boycotting the message but also joined forces with these same foreign missions to kill the messager. Gbedemah and co in Ghana took money from foreign missions and incited Ghanaians against their leader. Well, today we are all suffering. Our economies are still in shambles, our rich resources are depleting by the minutes our children and future generations now find themselves in foreign lands struggling.
  
  Shame to Africa! Shame to the OAU/AU! Be liberated from Foreign missions and their rules!
  
  Let’s learn from the past to build our future.
