  I want to say dat the president has made the right thing by appointing some one from CEPS to mange their own affairs, in as much as we want to build strong institutions we need to use their own men n women to manage it. But i think is has to also move through all other institutions in the country. Eg GHANA NATIONAL FIRE SERVICE etc
