  There is a BBC news item describing an arrangement the so-called President of Malawi has made to export Malawian youths to South Korea for labor. Do African leaders have no pride? The AU should call this idiotic, greedy most likely corrupt woman President and advise her to stop at once. Asians have little respect for Africans in the first place, all Asians and this is just a concrete reinforcement of their belief that Africans are less than human. This is slavery all over again even if the youth are not directly forced to go. This woman should be flung out of the highest window in her capital for this more than obscene plan. Who made her leader of her country?

  This is an avoidable or very preventable accident. Ghanaians in general lack the knowledge and skills in Occupational health and safety.. Common sense should have made the welder ensured that the lid to the tank was opened prior to and during the welding process. Trapped METHANE GAS in the tanker overheated expanded and caused the explosion.
