Just like the polling agents would protest through their immediate presiding officer, Jake wrote to protest to the National presiding officer. It is laughable for any one to claim there was no protest. The NDC should ask themselves why Tsatsu ran away from the court after Afari Gyan started weakening all the work he spent 13 days to do. I can bet anybody by the time Afari Gyan's cross examination is done, the NDC lawyers will have nothing to say but to apologize to Ghanaians. We live to see...

It is simply disgusting and I get scandalized when persons who are stark ignorant of some issues tend to sound so professorial and end up deceiving the innocent folks. What Kweku Baako should know is that his assertion that “evidence of irregularities was on the face of the pink sheet” is a rebuttable presumption and that being a rebuttable presumption, the said assumptions could be easily jettisoned where there are no concrete evidence to support the said assumptions. It is good he conceded that raising a protest would have added “evidential value” to the case of the petitioners. Indeed the failure on the part of the agents is really fatal to the case of the Petitioners as they would not be in any position to lead any real evidence or submit anything which will be of evidential value to support their case. In law where one exhibits stark evidence of indolence as in the present case of the agents of the Petitioners, the court will have no heart to tolerate any complaints that the petitioners will bring before it. It is therefore dangerous and indeed irresponsible on the part of Kweku Baako to say that the Petitioners have a rock solid case which is based essentially on presumptions and which presumptions are rebuttable anyway. I am sure he has heard the EC through Dr. Afari Djan that what are being considered as irregularities are clerical errors. Somebody tell me that for the simple reason that a Presiding Officer for simply failing to sign a pink sheet should lead to the annulment of the elections results in his polling station. That person will obviously need a psychiatric treatment. Kweku Baako, stop giving the worshipful NPP followers false hopes. If things don't go the way you have assured they risk resorting to violence because they will be made to think that they have been denied justice.NPP supporters, wake up lest you be terribly deceived.

Under the guise of reviwing matters of national concern ceritically and objectively,producers and editors deliberately slant topics for discussion in such a way as to make any dispassionate analysis virttually impossible. And as if that is not bad enough, the hosts allow clueless persons like Abdul Malikk all the time to make meaningless submissions with 'documents' which suggest that they, unlike the other panelists,had detailed prior notice about the subject matter under review. And will an uncultured chracter like Kweku Baako and Gabby Otchere Darko show some common courtesy by letting other panelists have their say? Obviously not;because they somehow 'own' the show!
And pay particular attention to the selection of viewers comments that are read on air. Balance and objectivity my foot!

Baako's argument doesn't hold...its like in football...the law says you can file a protest before, during or one hour after a match...if u don't do any of these and file a protest, the protest will be disqualified by the association...some teams only file a protest after they lose a match, believing that they could win...NPP believed that they could win the election despite the alleged fraud and so felt no compulsion to file 'protest'...this is what is called 'after the fact'...they - the party agents- should have raised red flags immediately after the tabulation of the results -win or lose- to show that there were irregularities....and so baako's point that the fact that the party agents did not raise protest when they attested to the results does not weaken the petitioner's case does not hold water. He even concedes that raising alarm would have added 'evidential value' to the petitioner's case...in football, this is called sportsmanship...that is, accepting results in good faith...in politics this called 'sour loser'

I get scandalized when persons who are stark ignorant of some issues tend to sound so professorial and end up deceiving the innocent folks. What Kweku Baako should know is that his assertion that “evidence of irregularities was on the face of the pink sheet” is a rebuttable presumption and that being a rebuttable presumption, the said assumptions could be easily jettisoned where there are no concrete evidence to support the said assumptions. It is good he conceded that raising a protest would have added “evidential value” to the case of the petitioners. Indeed the failure on the part of the agents is really fatal to the case of the Petitioners as they would not be in any position to lead any real evidence or submit anything which will be of evidential value to support their case. In law where one exhibits stark evidence of indolence as in the present case of the agents of the Petitioners, the court will have no heart to tolerate any complaints that the petitioners will bring before it. It is therefore dangerous and indeed irresponsible on the part of Kweku Baako to say that the Petitioners have a rock solid case which is based essentially on presumptions and which presumptions are rebuttable anyway. I am sure he has heard the EC through Dr. Afari Djan that what are being considered as irregularities are clerical errors. Somebody tell me that for the simple reason that a Presiding Officer for simply failing to sign a pink sheet should lead to the annulment of the elections results in his polling station. That person will obviously need a psychiatric treatment. Kweku Baako, stop giving the worshipful NPP followers false hopes. If things don't go the way you have assured they risk resorting to violence because they will be made to think that they have been denied justice.

2. also the biometric registration was done hapazardly otherwise how could one get to the polling station only not to be verified? what it means is that all those who were not verified did not go through biometric registration.

4. there was no need to supply that Form C1 because those who do not have fingurers were identified by FO so the rest of the names on the register were to vote by verification.
