  What is needed is sex education and parent responsibility. Many of these young girls follow men who can be their fathers. Some parents as a results of hardships even push their young ones to men so the men can help them take care of the kids. This is pathetic.
  The laws passed will lead to illegal abortions and endanger the lives of those young ones. Mark my words.

I think the best way to go about these is an intensive sex education. We need to welcome sex education into our families. When I was growing up talking about sex was more or less a taboo..... this is very bad. parents cant look into the eyes of their children and talk to the about sex. Why??? I always talk to my little sister in Ghana about sex and dating. I think others have to do the same.
