Trust me, Afari Gyan can fool Ghanaians that a pink sheet with the name Kofi Badu in Jinijini at Bono is the same pink sheet with the name Kofi Badu at Mampong in Akwapim if the code number is somehow duplicated and the document is smuggled from one bundle to another, that's why we have serial numbers to verify the place of origin of each document.

Afari Gyan randomly dispersing serial numbers means he was ready to dupe and fool the nation. Only serial numbers can specifically point to a document's place of origin if issued properly.

Todays objection does not require a legal degree to see its merit. Yet Out learned judge joined to over-rule it. I think he is making a mockery of his objectivity and revise his notes. Who bred you or taught you this kind of thinking. Can you proove your allegation of corruption? If not, stop wasting our eyes AND LEAVE THE JUDGEMENT TO THOSE QUALIFIED TO DO SO AND WAIT UNTIL YOU BECOME ONE, which I think you can never become if this is the illogical way you think. Law is full of logic even if it does not make sense to people like you.

You are saying people did not vote without the verification machine varifing them, hence Afari Gyan is saying the primary record of all the people that voted without biometric machine varification will be on the biometric machine. He has therefore printed out the number and the name of people who voted by going through the biometric machine. This is the only way you can no whether the poeple who voted in a polling station went through biometric machine or not. This is because there is disagreement between the petitioners and the respondents as to whether the number indicated on the pink sheet is true or not or errors were made. Anyway the C3 column on the pink sheet the petitioners are relying on in court as source of prove of people who voted without biometric verification has been ramshackled by Dr. Afari Gyan by saying there was not FORM 1C FORM to verify people hence that place needed not to be field. That C3 column reads:WHAT IS THE NUMBER OF BALLOTS ISSUED TO VOTERS VERIFIED BY THE USE OF FORM 1C BUT NOT THE USE OF BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION MACHINE. Dr, said there was no form 1C at the polling station to verified voter hence the C3 shouldn't have been filled at all.

Why should the chairman himself break that Law by voting for something he said it will be against the the rules of the court.
NPP will win is Supreme Court case thru the evidence they have. EC and NDC didnt do their home before the court hearing started and now they want make it up as it goes forgetting the court had already made a Law against such a thing.

NDC/EC/Mahama are facing an uphill task. The moral hazard confronting them now is glaring. Any argument put forward by the respondents only helps to amplify a case for massive irregulaties and fraud!

The biometric machine is the primary source of knowing exactly whether there was over voting or not.The npp objection was disgraceful if the purpose of this exercise is to get to the truth.But even more surprising is the decision of the judges.Are they saying the investment in the biometric technology was in vain? Is it not meant to address issues like this and to get the correct answers to those who actually voted.The decision of the Panel of judges and the open bias by some of them towards the petitioners stinks to high heaven.

There is no lack of skeptics that Atuguba is partial and must be demoted from his post as presiding judge among the nine. Look!Our learned judges should be careful the way they go about sustaining some objections from the petitioners corner.Why am I saying this;if the petitioners themselves have been echoing 'no verification no vote and went on even to suggest that verification machines were not used at some polling stations,then I think the only source of proof should be the tendering in evidence the bvd machines unless of cause they want to rely solely on the 'face of the pink sheet which is full of human errors.
