Journalist go in search of the truth while Lawyers search for legal points to win. This explains why Addison wanted to stop the tendering of a voter's register. Courtroom theatrics is not about the truth but about winning legal points. The outcome of any legal battle is not necessarily the truth. Please, be aware of this fact.

Dr. Afari-Dyan is lying to cover his butt. He knows what he is saying will not stand in any court of law. First, he pleaded that the time was too short to avoid human errors,. Then, he proceeded to say that people were not trained to avoid errors. Is he not the same person who said in December 2012 that no error occurred? Yaw, you have a very short memory. Whom should we listen to Dr. Afari-Gyan of December 2012 or Dr. Afari-Gyan of June 2013? Has he now seen the light and if so at what cost. Think.

  So for example if for some strange reason the device is not functioning well,that option could be applied.
  
  So Mr. Lawyer/Politician, just leave this to we the IT people and please avoid confusing people.

  It appears this petition has exposed widespread ignorance not just among WE the general public, but more importantly and shockingly, party leaders and their representatives, of the electoral process. It is clear we have all taken too many things for granted for a very long time.
  
  If this petition has served nothing at all to advance the interests of the NPP, at least it is teaching us all lessons about our electoral process and its flaws and hopefully, we can address them going forward.

  The truth will triumph over evil no matter how hard Dr. Afari Djan will try to give evidence to complement that of NDC and President Mahama. He identified the lop holes in the system and tried to exploit them for his personal benefit. But he has forgotten he was toiling with innocent Ghanaian blood. He also took advantage of the peaceful nature of the larger Ghanaian population and one could see his posturing before and during the election. What I found so fickle about his presentation during his first appearance was his explanation on 10% extra ballots which I think a JHS student will not be convinced by such explanation. 10% of 25 ballots in a booklet will be 2.5 and round it up to 3 extra making 28 ballots in a booklet and the rest will not be difficult say 50 and 100 so there is something mischievous about such arrangement. I pray that the Justices can see through all these. At your age you allow Mr. Asiedu Nketiah and President Mahama to lure you into such a disgraceful act.

  Only the desperation of a posse of power hungry politicians will argue otherwise and will concoct an exaggerated and elastic definition of over voting to seek to achieve their goal. Ballots issued 4. Number of ballots cast 365. OVER VOTING OOH! Lets annul all the votes. Even the explanation that the Presiding Officer counted the 4 booklets instead of the individual sheets does not satisfy them as an explanation.

  NPP lost the parliamentary elections with a very large margin.How can you now tell me that Nana Addo won the presidential?By what means?This has never hapened in Ghana before and I'm afraid it's not going to happen any time soon.In the United States and some part of Europe,they do not go to polls to vote for MPs and the Executive the same day.Therefore,they can have a different set up but not in Ghana.The moderates in NPP want Nana Addo to concede defeat before being humiliated.NPP must accept defeat as good sports men do and let's move on.Nobody cheated Nana Addo as things are unfolding in court and Nana Addo himself knows that he was beaten fairly.Over to you Npp.Thank you.
