The immediate question is; how did the dead man come to sign his own personal tribute, since he is already in heaven?

The EC did not submit affidavits as required by law untill ordered to do so at inception of proceedings. The EC knew all along that they would wait to examine the petitioner's line of contention to craft a defense including concocting materials patterned and counterfeited to par those submitted.

Most of the materials they showed were either photoshop copies of items designed to hoodwink and create appearance of reverse fraud against the petitioners.

A good example of the electoral handbook with missing item which was inadvertedly handed to Afari Djan during cross examination. He was put off notice and thereby confusedly pointed out that the manual was an earlier version but still lacked that item. That was a lie because there was no earlier version with specified items in line with contemporary statutory demands, dating back as early as last year,namely C 1.74.

The entire legal team of the respondents is a personification of fraud operating under a firmly structured umbrella of selected judicial panel helmed by Justice Atuguba, a relative of the President. No wonder the petitioner is stuck with a predictable 5-4 vote against almost all of his objections.

This Kangaroo court is a mockery of justice and the world is beginning to discern through the lenses.

We want people to be realistic and speak the truth at all times. People should not blindly follow one issue or the other just because of the personalities involved. All the political parties have copies of the register and can prove or disprove its authenticity. Addison is just trying to use technicalities to win the case but the SC is now after the naked truth.

That's why the petitioners have submitted pink sheets. The pink sheets are primary record of the elections. The pink sheets contain whatever took place at the pooling stations. But the register only contains the people who are registered to vote. The EC used the information on the face of the pink sheet to declare the results of the election. But not the information in the register. The EC should rather bring the original copies of pink sheets that's where the truth lays. The EC is just beating about the bush. They are trying to save their image. In actual sense, they are not defending the case at all. How could say if presiding officer fails to sign the pink sheet it's irregularity. And at same time you see the irregularity on the face of the pink sheet and turn around and say oh this irregularity can not affect the election results. This means the EC was aware of all the irregularities that occurred in 2012 elections but they didn't do any about them. So it's absolutely malpractice on the side of the EC to have ignored irregularities in 2012 elections.

Look at their attempt at presenting an original pink sheet - You complete an original and duplicates/ triplicates are produced. If after 6 months you bring a document that has changes on the original that is NOT reflected on the copy (carbon copy) who would you suspect of lying? the one with original or the one with the duplicate? Think and think well...the CARBON copy is from the original!

Supposing the petitioners had not managed to file any exhibits before the dead line, what would have happened?
I believe the upholders of our laws should be loyal to our nation and be truthful to the truth! They have been confusing us, and themselves, by moving the goal posts whenever they find themselves in troubled waters. Their own indecisions and wrong decisions during the hearing have been so glaring in the minds to the whole world. All is not lost yet. We are still looking up to them to do the right thing and prevent imminent chaos in Ghana. We are all watching.

The petitioners have submitted over 11.000 pink sheets that they have alleged they are irregularities on the face of those pink sheets. All what the EC would have done was to attach the original pink sheets of those polling stations that are in contention to their affidavit. After all, the declaration of the elections were pronounced from the pink sheets. But the EC knows quite well that there are actually irregularities on the pink. Now Afri Gyan is now acting as he does not know the importance of the pink sheets. He will be disgraced at long last.

Now that their diabolic forging escapade is being brought to fore by the EC boss's revelations, they are crying blood knowing very well their criminality might cost them dearly. They turn around to rather accuse the source of the register because theirs is the forged one.
Oh, they wanted the EC to have included the master register in the affidavit to pave way for them to forge it; hard luck! This is just the beginning Mr. 'OBJECTION'.

The problem with Addison is that he doesn`t know when to object to questions and I guess the Judges are getting fed up with him.
What he objected to at this stage should have been part of his cross-examination.

The international ladies wing of NPP International women for Nana Akuffo Addo, wish to categorically state that after looking at all the facts of the on-going SC case, we have come to the conclusion that many of us tend to support Hon. Dr. Charles Wereko Brobby and his submission to the fact that many of the information that is tickled down to us all is doctored to help create the notion that we should all throw our support behind the case.

Fact remains that the journey we all took to catapult Nana Akuffo Addo into the presidential election of 2012, came to an abrupt end when the Electoral Commission announced the results of the 2012 Elections, and as matured citizens we all accepted the results and started to regroup, work hard towards 2016. Then came the sore egoes that were hurt and therefore couldnt stomach the fact that we had to go back to the drawing board and strategize for 2016 with or with-out Nana Akuffo Addo. Of course we do understand that his bid for presidency ended with the 2012 elections, but our admiration for Nana Akuffo Addo goes beyond his bid for presidency.

Nana Akuffo Addo would have been a fine leader for our great nation Ghana, but again at the end of the day the Electorate spoke and we all have to abide by that ruling. Nana's good works for the country over the years of his public service to Ghana is now being washed under the gutter and that we think is not fair and just to a man that has spent a greater part of his life fighting for the people of Ghana. Today the injustices being meted out to his personality and character is all due to the ill-informed messages that some altered-egos within our party leadership is what has placed us all in this quagmire.

Our decision to speak out has to do with the the fact that all the leadership of International Ladies wing of NPP in the UK, FRANCE, THE NETHERLANDS, ITALY , SPAIN etc agree with assertions of Hon. Dr. Charles Wereko Brobby, and we believe its time we all face the truth and go past the Supreme Court ruling, to understand that the work ahead is creating credibility so that NPP members can begin to trust and believe in our leadership and the path they want to steer the country onto. The milk has already being spilt, and instead of crying over spilt milk, lets find out a way to buy a new bottle of milk or even get a cow we can milk. The Young Patriots ranting about Dr. Wereko Brobby's assertions tells us all that they too are short sighted and so is the NEC wing of the party if indeed they are considering suspending Dr. Wereko Brobby., if this is the sort of democracy we want the world to see of us, then we wouldnt sit idle and watch it happen. We urge all well meaning Npp members across the globe to speak up and end this saga.
