As much as I hate to admit Rawlings was right with his statement. If they have had listen to those who were concern with the president health, he might be alive today...

Technician works under engineers instructions.Our university education is a reflection of our society today.what you put in is what You get out.the decision of our leaders matters and not the victims(graduate).

Ghanaians are not per se against tarif increase but what they want is a proportionate corresponding services. Many of us have lost our appliances through these reckless behaviour of the VRA/ECG. Either is due to incompetence on their part, only heaven knows. How many years is it going to take them solve this problem! Many years ago, it was water level. Now that the water is there, it is money proble. Money for what? To share among themselves? God have mercy!

Government can't you read betweem the lines? How long has this guy Awotwi been the boss at VRA? Incompetency at its highest. The Government should fire him now and bring a new person who can run the affairs of VRA.
