  I bought one in Kumasi any time I make a call there is always back ground noise. I called the place I got it from they could not fix the problem.

  And what criteria did they use. this is pure propaganda. did the organizers bother to visit their service centers to see the queues of customers with dejection written all over their faces. you buy a phone and after that you have to send it for repairs every two weeks. look at the risk, transportation and lost productivity. you can even adjudge it as the best the whole world. as for me i prefer to be without a phone to owning a techno phone.

  Adjoa I do not know where that service centre is located. All i know is that i first took the fone to their service centre around Darkuman or is that Odorkor. Even when they realized there was a problem they can only repair b ...

  Adjoa I do not know where that service centre is located. All i know is that i first took the fone to their service centre around Darkuman or is that Odorkor. Even when they realized there was a problem they can only repair but not replace. The next repairs was in Kumasi and I was really saddened by the queues of Ghanaians who have to leave their jobs and risking travelling long distances to Tecno service centres for repairs.

  This one not true,because their phones keep on given us prob lem,especially their N3,if you like go to their service center at circle at odo rice and see the number of persons repairing their phones.Give the award to samsung.
