That is the reason why all parties were asekd to swear in their affidavit so the judges have a pretty good picture of the evidence before them.
The EC and the 1st and 2d respondents all knew the petitioners were claming people voted without verification, if the EC had this printout or evidence all along why have they waited all this time to now produce it? How can one be sure they haven't tempered with the BVM and printouts?

I expect counsel for 1st and 2nd respondents to know better. You can lose a case based on such negligent omissions and you can't blame the judges for that. That is why they say the law is an ass sometimes. The respondents have committed an unforgiveable blunder. Law is not based on logic and morality but rules.

That cant come back, we make Laws and follow them. If the court say no more filing of document, why should EC be allowed.

right after the close of elections with each party
Getting a signed copy by party agents.This would have resolved many problems now.

My piece advice to Afari Gyan is that Nsawam prisons is waiting for and watch if Mahama or Palm wine tapper will follow you to jail.Once again use this unfortunate behavior to advise ur children, so they may desist from bribing temptation. If they thought it wise to conduct this trial solely on affidavits, they should have anticipated these wasteful rulings which would come back to haunt them very soon.

The Judges should do better than this.

Throughout Afari Gyan's answers and comments in the courtroom clearly show that he has support from the Judges. Afari Gyan always lectures whenever he was asked a question and the Judges say nothing about the way Afari Gyan answers questions. I did not see that when Dr. Bawumia was in the witness box. I don't think the SC Judges are being fair at all, maybe they don't see it but it's obvious. And I think the NDC and EC lawyers are taking advantage of that bias judgements. You could tell whose side the SC Judges are on.
