  If it's true that Lawyer Addison goofed and you're at the opposing side, you should be cerebrating, rather than being "ashamed". This line of thinking defies LOGIC, COMMONSENSE and PSYCHOLOGY. Dr. Afari Gyan has admitted not only petitioners' OVER-VOTING claim, but also DOUBLE VOTING by same persons but different Id numbers which Afari Gyan had until then, dimissed. Did Lawyer Addison goof to get those VERY IMPORTANT admissions from Afari Gyan?
  
  This novice law learner, Amaliba should stop displaying stupidity. It is his behaviour rather, that smack of "shame" to the legal profession.
  
  His twisted logic and disregard for common knowledge has even attracted the attention of the Supreme Court judges, prompting them to WARN him of displaying stupidity in the media which is denting the image of otherwise the noble legal profession.
  
  I CONGRATULATE the petitioners lawyers for being consistent of their clients' claim till they were proven in court. Bravo lawyers Addison!!

Or probably he is partly deaf and does not understand fully anything that goes on around him.
  One would have expected that he would mock his own Tsatsu for the poor show we all witnessed for three weeks. It was more worrisome to hear Amaliba praise Asiedu Nketiah for his comedy in the witness box. What sets hearts at ease is the realization that Amaliba and Ama Beniwa Doe sing the same tunes!

  The truth will triumph over evil no matter how hard Dr. Afari Djan will try to give evidence to complement that of NDC and President Mahama. He identified the lop holes in the system and tried to exploit them for his personal benefit. But he has forgotten he was toiling with innocent Ghanaian blood. He also took advantage of the peaceful nature of the larger Ghanaian population and one could see his posturing before and during the election. What I found so fickle about his presentation during his first appearance was his explanation on 10% extra ballots which I think a JHS student will not be convinced by such explanation. 10% of 25 ballots in a booklet will be 2.5 and round it up to 3 extra making 28 ballots in a booklet and the rest will not be difficult say 50 and 100 and his definition of over voting as well as the scenario created by him on the NO BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION NO VOTE with the paramount chief so there is something mischievous about such arrangement. I pray that the Justices can see through all these. At your age you allow Mr. Asiedu Nketiah and President Mahama to lure you into such a disgraceful act.

  For my last pesewa, Lawyer Addison has held his own brilliantly against the 3 respondent lawyers. The fact is that the three lawyers have a difficult case. You cannot defend the indefensible.
  
  Already Amaliba has been shamed by the Judges about his ethics. I would have thought he would learn from that.
  
  Amaliba is losing so much respect and dignity that he will never have any clients if he was to practice at the bar. Has he ever won a single case? I wonder.
