When idiots are in charge of affairs an act of solving a problem is always beyond them. How could this simple misunderstanding between two Government agencies take years but still cannot be resolved?

“The contract for the construction of the $35 million project was awarded to WORCON Engineering Ltd in 2008.” Which means NPP Government with a good foresight for the country saw the need to facilitate the movement of petroleum products from Akosombo to the Buipe Storage Depot which is far cheaper and safe. However, for their selfish interest these idiots prefer to use expensive method for the same reason

u got a long way 2 go.imagin sittin on a very big fence,where u can see wots happenin at each side of the fence.deep down inside,u know nothing NDC do or goin to do is goin 2 be enough,and its the same with NDC followers.
but when u sat on the fence u know theres no difference between both,
Only reason 4 ur die hard support,makin it look so easy for the NPP to do,is because if NPP is in power,u or member of ur family would get a job or a goverment contract to build a road even thou he knows nothing about construction.
problem is the majority u tryin to convince,which is the ordinary man on the street,doesnt see any changes in there lives,whether its NDC or NPP.same with the NDC man,wot help is that to the ordinary shoe shine boy on the street.we treat political partys like a football teams,
but when u sat on the fence,u know rome is not built in a day,u know only time can get Ghana's democracy to where we want it,not one political party.
So instead of this disgusting NDC,NPP shit goin on,lets be a proper opposition,cos opposition partys are just as important as the ruling party,give credit where credit is due.,and respect the opposition or party in government cos at the end of the day,we are all one people with a common problem,.
to have good jobs all over the country,not just one region,good schools,hospitals.to be able to provide for our families.to get our children to good schools.
so lets not make everything tribal and political.because doesn't matter wot political party is in power,an ordinary man on the street,whether its accra,ho or kumasi would still find it hard providing for his family!

One sunny day a rabbit came out of her hole in the ground to enjoy the fine weather. The day was so nice that she became careless and a fox sneaked up behind her and caught her.
"I am going to eat you for lunch!", said the fox.

"Wait!", replied the rabbit, "You should at least wait a few days."

"Oh yeah? Why should I wait?"

"Well, I am just finishing my thesis on 'The Superiority of Rabbits over Foxes and Wolves.'"

"Are you crazy? I should eat you right now! Everybody knows that a fox will always win over a rabbit."

"Not really, not according to my research. If you like, you can come into my hole and read it for yourself. If you are not convinced, you can go ahead and have me for lunch."

"You really are crazy!" But since the fox was curious and had nothing to lose, it went with the rabbit. The fox never came out. A few days later the rabbit was again taking a break from writing and sure enough, a wolf came out of the bushes and was ready to set upon her.

"Wait!" yelled the rabbit, "you can't eat me right now."

"And why might that be, my furry appetizer?"

"I am almost finished writing my thesis on 'The Superiority of Rabbits over Foxes and Wolves.'"

The wolf laughed so hard that it almost lost its grip on the rabbit. "Maybe I shouldn't eat you. You really are sick...in the head. You might have something contagious."

"Come and read it for yourself. You can eat me afterward if you disagree with my conclusions."

So the wolf went down into the rabbit's hole...and never came out. The rabbit finished her thesis and was out celebrating in the local lettuce patch. Another rabbit came along and asked, "What's up? You seem very happy."

"Yup, I just finished my thesis."
"Congratulations. What's it about?"

"'The Superiority of Rabbits over Foxes and Wolves.'"

"Are you sure? That doesn't sound right."

"Oh yes. Come and read it for yourself."

So together they went down into the rabbit's hole. As they entered, the friend saw the typical graduate student abode, albeit a rather messy one after writing a thesis. The computer with the controversial work was in one corner. To the right there was a pile of fox bones, to the left a pile of wolf bones. And in the middle was a large, well fed lion.

The moral of the story: The title of your thesis doesn't matter.

The subject doesn't matter.

The research doesn't matter.

All that matters is who your advisor.

There should not be any rift between BOST and VLTC ,VLTC by their defination and task should manage transport facilities on the including all ports ,piers on the river.

The stall is all about somebody's personal interest. Oh Ghana when will learn. It far cheaper to transport this bulk oil on the lake than by road. But who cares; the greedy bastards don't care a hoot. God save GHANA
