Such a block head of a lawyer. She is a member of the petitioner's legal team and she blurts out this nonsensical assertion “when you find a pink sheet with duplicate numbers [results], then something went wrong”. Those who have duties to perform on election day voted prior to 7th December. This was reported in the news and some instances filmed as well. The fact that the Presiding Officers recorded the results on pink sheets, when the constitutional Instrument did not dictate so, does not mean the Presiding officer made up fictitious numbers. Those pink sheets were also signed by polling agents who witnessed the voting process. It is such a desperate attempt scratching at the bottom of the barrel to say that those pink sheets did not reflect special voting but were used as a vehicle to pad Mahama's vote. What about special voting in Ashanti and Eastern Region? Did anyone vote as a special voter?

Yes we all know that special voting took place, and it was NOT TO BE recorded on pink sheets before being transferred unto the collation forms as asserted by the EC chairman- in an attempt to explain the duplication of pink sheets which is highly suspicious of being used as an instrument for rigging the election. It is therefore not rocket science to understand what Addison is trying to establish with those questions, but here you are, the custodian of wisdom insulting, shouting and calling the lady a block head. You are rather exposing yourself as the one with the big blockhead with your infantile tantrums. Think before you start insulting others.

Did Afari Gyan not say that the ballots for the special voting were not counted but were sealed and only counted and recorded on the day of the general election itself. Addison in court is talking about irregularity relating to process and Gloria Akuffo is talking about duplicated results, alleging fraud. Where in Addisons' cross examination has he shown that the votes in respect of special voting were counted twice. He is asking about printing and asking if the EC Chairman knows the names of the Printing presses. If Gloria Akuffo truly believes what she insinuates in public why does Addison not charge the EC with fraud for the record in court?.

We are of the firmest of opinions that, justice would be served so that Ghana can move forward again, not because of the self serving and parochial interest of a party, but for the supreme interest of Ghana and above all, to ensure that, the very foundation of any democracy, which is the RULE OF LAW is maintained, strengthened and becomes the very basis on which our democratic dispensation would thrive to bring the needed socio-economic development and growth of our country. The way things stand now, the very processes seem to have been bastardized and Ghana needs to restore our trust, belief, and confidence in the rule of law in our democracy.

The only reason a chairman of such a commission will not know where in which country pink sheets were printed is that, somebody on the commission apart from the chairman was delegated to handle that aspect of the printing.

Previously we had Bawumia making a similar wild speculation that the duplicated serial numbers of pink sheets was the vehicle used in perpetrating fraud. He further stated that his proof was that there was a high correlation between duplicated pink sheet serial number and the other errors.

This assertion was floored on the basis that about 10,000 out of the 11,840 pink sheets had duplicated serial numbers and obviously there must be a high correlation.

Bawumia failed throughout his evidence and cross examination to prove how in practice pink sheet duplicate serial numbers led to the other errors. His assertion thus remained just an allegation or a speculation.

Today we have another intellectual of the NPP alleging that same polling station codes was a vehicle in perpetrating fraud without proving how this was done at the collation centres. She has not provided any evidence even on the face of a single collation sheet of how the duplication took place.

What has not come to the notice of Ghanaians is that, with barely two weeks into the just ended crucial but successful election, the opposition New Patriotic Party as part of its ill-fated plans to brazenly execute the “all-die-be-die” mantra furtively abet with the ragtag band of loyalists of the Ivorian President, Alassane Ouattara to assassinate President John Dramani Mahama in case he emerge winner of the election.

The dastardly machination was part of a grand scheme hatched by immoral hawks within the NPP with support from senior officials of the President Ouattara led administration prior to the December 7, election to among other things ensure that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo becomes president ‘at all cost” A deep throat source close to the Ivorian President hinted The Al-Hajj that the Ouattara government considers the current Ghanaian government to be uncooperative, particularly in the matter of the extradition of exiled pro-Gbagbo supporters who are alleged to be engaged in acts, ostensibly to destabilize Cote d’Ivoire from Ghana.

“President Ouattara would have been a happy man if President John Mahama had lost the December election. He has a good working relationship with the NPP and Nana Akufo-Addo and it would have been easy to bring back home pro-Gbagbo supporters for possible prosecution if the NPP had won,” the source noted Intelligence report gathered from Cote d’Ivoire revealed that on Wednesday, November 21, 2012, President Alassane Ouattara’s Chief of Staff, Marcel Amon Tandoh sent his special aide, Félicien Angbahi to address a crunch meeting of Union of Republicans-radical supporters of President Ouattara’s party. This meeting was held at the headquarters of the Union of Republicans in Aboisso and was to restore confidence among supporters of the Ivorian President who have been disenchanted over unfulfilled electoral promises. According to the Chief of Staff’s aide, President Alassane Ouattara’s inability to meet his electoral promises to them was due to fact that, remnants of ex-president Gbagbo exiled in Ghana are given him sleepless nights and threatening the peace of the country. And to keep the hopes of his fellow party members alive, he revealed that:

"Ghana’s opposition leader, Nana Akufo-Addo is a very close friend to Ouattara. Once he becomes president, he will send all the refugees, most of whom are Gbagbo’s loyalists back to Cote d’Ivoire. President Ouattara is quiet on this subject. The immediate future is favorable. There is actually a coalition of troops in Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Togo who are ready to violently overthrow the regime in case President Mahama wins. These three countries will serve as bases for a coup in Ghana on behalf of NPP. For this, on the Ivorian side, there is a military training camp that was created in Nouamou (border village located not far from Half-Assini) to receive fighters close to Nana Addo".

The Al-Hajj gathered that during the same meeting, Marcel Amon Tanoh’s aide also revealed that the Alassane Ouattara government in turn to muzzle the media in Cote d’Ivoire to prevent it from reporting to the outside world the real happenings.

"We intend to stop all the newspapers Headlines readers and other fanatical readers who read newspapers and make comments that open debates on places where newspapers are sold-things that maintain the spirit of resistance among Gbagbo supporters.”

Finally, talking about refugees, he announces: "Be quiet. All the refugees will soon return, voluntarily or by force, to allow President Ouattara to fulfill all his promises to you” Harboring these feelings against the NDC government and President Mahama, The Al-Hajj’s intelligence both in Ivory Coast and Ghana uncovered that senior members of the Ivorian government under the behest of President Ouattara goaded Nana Akufo-Addo and other hawkish top hierarchies of the NPP to approach the December 7 election with outright belligerence.

Our intelligence revealed that in the run-up to the December 7 elections, spies and mercenaries from Cote d’Iviore, Togo and Burkina Faso, were stationed at these neighboring countries with support from local NPP mercenary groups in Ghana to monitor and assess President Mahama’s capabilities and strength and make recommendations regarding ways to jettison him.

As part of their recommendations to make it practically possible for the NPP to wrestle power from the NDC, the Ivorian President was advised to provide cash and logistics to support Nana Akufo-Addo.

To fulfill this promise, President Outttara through some of his senior Ministers added 3million France to what it had contributed to the Ghanaian opposition leader’s campaign, all in a bid to ensure that Nana Akufo is elected president of Ghana. The team also made a proposal for an assassination of President Mahama should in case he wins the election. However, this particularly recommendation was ruled out at the eleventh hour after leaders of the NPP led by its Chairman, Jake Obetsebi Lamptey brought to the attention of the Ivorian government that per article 60 clause (6) of the constitution of Ghana, even if they should succeed in killing President Mahama, the NPP presidential candidate will not get the chance to become president because the Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur will be sworn in as head of state.

The last straw, which is what the NPP is currently holding onto, is to reject the electoral results in the event that Nana Akufo-Addo loses the election and create civil disobedience. In that case the Ivorian mercenaries will be sent to Ghana to start attacking members of the NPP, and also butcher NPP demonstrators to a gory like Rwadan genocide.

The aim of this will be to cow Ghanaians, civil society and the international community in believing that the Nana Akufo-Addo was indeed cheated in the 2012elections.

If this move works out perfectly, the NPP will then task AFAG, the Young Patriots and other pressure groups to embark on series of Tahir-square style of demonstrations that will be very acrimonious. As part of the plan, the demonstrators will face off with the security services just to create a bloody atmosphere of which the President will be force to declare a state of emergency. To drum home this wicked plot, there will be series of bomb throwing across the country. As soon as chaotic situation is created in the country, the NPP will then infiltrate the ranks of the military; with the help of the mercenaries to stage a coup d’état. It would be recalled that when the Accra Fast Struck High release an ally of former Ivorian President, Laurent Gbagbo, Justin Kone Katinan the Ivorian President had been fuming with rage over President Mahama’s handling of the matter and felt stabbed at the back.

In a discussion with an aide with close links to the Ghana government, President Ouattara angrily yelled “don’t tell me the judiciary of Ghana is independent… why can’t my brother John Mahama control the Judiciary of his country? If I can control mine, why can’t he do same?”

Amidst this development, sources within the security services have assured The Al-Hajj that they are on top of the issue, and are monitoring events with ‘eagle’s eyes’. In an exclusive interview with The Al-Hajj an intelligence officer revealed that the security services are monitoring activities of all groups, and that it is the duty of the security agencies to maintain the peace of the country.

“If Nana Akufo-Addo, or any politician for that matter, thinks that they can undermine the security of the country, they must re-write their script. There will be no room for any group, ejither within or outside Ghana to operate…we are ready for them, we know what they are doing and very soon we will close down on them,” the source added

The security source further revealed that “the security agencies are well resourced and prepared for any eventuality, and will handle every issue , one at a time, and we will maintain and sustain the peace of the country.”
