Regardless of whether the vote-rigging allegation is true or not, and whether it can be proven or not, and whether the sc can have the courage to - in case it is true - order a recount or re-voting, whether you agree with him or not, you must respect him first as head of Ghana, and in the unlikely situation that a recount or re-voting removes him - you must also respect him as fellow Ghanaian.

That has brought us this court case: Afari Gyan was paid handsomely to conduct credible elections, but he has shown that obedii bi kerker. He does not know how many ballot sheets he ordered because he still does not know the final count on the voters' register he used to declare the results of the elections but wants the world to believe that he conducted the most credible elections in Africa.
Afari Gyan still does not know how many voters were to be verified by FO - he claims the number is over 70,000 after registering the voters in wherever that place is in the North. Even with the petition pending, he made no attempt to check these details and still gives answers such as "I do not know". He sat in court all that while when Bawumiah, who knows nothing about conducting elections, was quoting figures as if he was an encyclopedia of electioneering. Shame unto our so-called educated few!

Don't try to deceive yourself and your party supporters as if you already know the outcome of the verdict. The Supreme Court is the only power to decide but not any individual. If you want to make such bogus declarations, then I can also tell you that with all the mounting evidence before the courts, your party is doomed! In that visit, Otumfour paid visits to Mr. Rawlings, Nana Akufo-Addo as well. This is shameful; this unheard of. John Mahama is determined to clich on to power through any means possible and this should be a great worry to Ghanaians and the world at large. The fact is John Mahama didn't win the elections; Nana Akufo-Addo was the clear winner! But thanks to the wicked intentions of the EC Boss, Dr. Kwadjo Afari-Gyan, Ghanaians won't have gone through this silly situation. The SC will determine that. Has he been advised by someone to "appear" confident? Just continue with your work - it may be permanent or temporal; either way, you would have served your country. That is more important than worrying about the fairness (which appears to be vanishing) of the last election.

Concerned Ghanaians and other wise people the world over understand the methodical mathematical game that went on during the elections. Having agreed that every person must pass through the BVM before voting, the first step of the mathematics was for some machines to "malfunction". The next step was for you to break the electoral rules by going on air to announce that voters could vote without the BVM verification. How many people or constituencies took advantage of this may never be known. That is why, if you are honest, you must leave a good footprint by telling Ghanaians and the world the simple truth which everybody knows, whether or not it could be proven.
NIGERIA USED SIMILAR TACTIC:
As you probably know, Nigeria under Obasanjo employed the same tactic to knock off his Vice president for opposing his (Obasanjo's) 3rd term bid and give victory to then Yar'Adua. Having succeeded Obasanjo President Yar'Adua agreed that there were election irregularities, and called on his opponents for them all to work together to correct the causes. Unfortunately, he died from sickness.

On the face of the pink sheets, it is very clear that, John Mahama, you lost the elections and your continued and avowed stance to hold yourself out as a President of Ghana is illegal, and the declaration from the EC to that effect is null and void, and without any merit whatsoever, pending the adjudication of the court case. Thank God our Justices of the supreme court have an independent mind of their own and cannot be bought by your alleged dole out of one million dollars to each one of them, which they rightfully and honestly rejected. Our democracy cannot be bought and you certainly cannot buy our judges and most definitely, lost the 2012 presidential elections.

You should know that Millions of Ghanaian patiently stood in long queues on December 7, 2012, just to cast their votes, and to choose the nation's President only to be told later on that there was fraud in the elections. How would you feel knowing that your sweat and efforts was worthless? It's time for folks to reason up; election fraud is a serious case and that's why the case is before the Supreme Court Justices. People ought to open their eyes becaust this thing has been going on since 1992. It's simply unacceptable. Period!

His short time in office has exposed his incompetency, who needs a clueless president?

He's telling the judges to rule in his favour despite the EC's admission that errors put him in power? Somebody wiser should tell him that he's over stepping his jurisdiction!!!

This man is not serious:Look at insecurity, chaos and something close to anarchy starring Ghana in the face and he has no clue about how to tackle them. He`s NOT our president: Afari Gyan has already admitted OVER-VOTING (he prefers calling "errors") put him there. When those errors are corrected, he goes with it!!!

Any attempts to intimidate the judges wil NOT be torelated. The judges are armed with wisdom, the law and facts to rule on the case. So Mahama should just hush it up and allow the judges to do their work.

Discerning Ghanaians don't need any irresponsiple subjective comments from him!! HE DARE NOT TELL WHAT THE COURT SHOULD DO!!!
