Honestly I really don't see anything relevant in Adison line questions. He asks questions like some one in defensive than offensive. If you bring a case of this magnitude to court wanting to unseat a president you need to convince the judges and the entire nation that you have a case, the questions he is asking only give chance to Dr. Afari Djan to lecture them on electoral processes. Honestly Adison is no where in comparison to Tsatsu, let's face it. Even Tony Lithur is better. Nana knows this that is why he was angry with Adison. I will not be surprised to see Adison prematurely ending his questioning as he did with Asiedu Nkatia. Adison needs more training.

I think Addison is better at raising OBJECTIONS than cross examining a witness. Nevertheless the judges are the best people to interpretate the laws.

You don't see anything relevant in Addison's line of questions because you think Law is COMMON SENSE but it is not. If it were the Courts will not argued if "reasonable force" was used by a citizen who has been attacked in house and by defending his/herself injured the intruder. We are not dealing with vigilante law but law of the Courts. Addison was not spot by the SC Judges because they have an idea where Addison is coming from.

Afari Gyan, a PhD 'Doctor', after making assessments and calculations, tells the govt that he needs a certain amount of money to conduct the elections. The govt. gives him (Afari Gyan) that money. He conducts a miserable election, and tells us "..the money was not enough..".
Is Afari Gyan only taking us all for idiots? Or was he himself not capable or competent enough to know how much money was needed for the clean elections? Or did somebody misuse part of the money?
'Kada-nkada', gradually, Addison is opening our eyes. But in Ghana, the truth often depends on the mouth, out of which it is spoken, instead of the reality

After failing to convince the SC with their so called overwhelming evidence the NPP lead councel is going Tsatsu's way by tring to discredit Afari Gyan. But the burden on NPP is far greater than that of respondents. Discrediting AfariGyan does not add to their evidence which is lacking. What is the nexus between double registration allegation of padding for example? The mere fact that the SC asked for proof of irreguarities should not compel Addison to clutch on to any seemingly tempting area to cross examine Afari Gyan. In more than one way, Addison unwittingly gave Afrai Gyan another chance to lecture on what he is adapt at. The petty inconsequential admissions by Afari Gyan should be of little comfort to Addison, as he is aware as everyone else that those admissions are too minor to cause an over turn of the election results. Cant he see?

Show that because it can be manipulated this much people voted for this particular party -- don't assume that they voted to the respondents, prove that they voted for the respondents. It will take you 20 years to come out with one proof, there is any. Don't just come and make allegations and walk away. The judges will not interpret anything in your favor -- they are neutral!!!

I doubt even if Afari and his incompetent EC nut heads have all the documents to exhibit the use of the 236 057 817 million Ghana trusted him to use for the elections and not on themselves. How can you say a budget that you provided, was revised with EC through questioning and approved could not be sufficient. Yeah, every corrupt and irresponsible chairman would be claiming not to have knowledge about how the firm operates and their spending. Do you think you are the only educated person in Ghana? Do you think you can be arrogant and run away with poor Ghanaians hard earn tax money without any repercussions?

Confiscate all his properties, bank accounts, and trust funds. Use this money that he might have diverted from the budget to build schools, erect some factories to employ jobless Ghanaians. Afari also need some jail time, he is robing Ghanaians in the broad day light. Thank God some Ghanaians are educated enough to know what professional ethics, accountability, leadership, and competent means. Disgraceful incompetent Afari....all you know is chop chop.
