  It makes a student of management raise an eyebrow over Dr Afari Gyan's testimony of denials, admissions of lack of awareness, ommission of duty to cross check before declaration,unwillingness to admit wrong doing even when abvious and pressured by popular acclamtion during cross examination.
  He was made a laughing stock who sought eyewinking signals for consultations with his lawyer from his witness box.
  At the end of the day he left two impressions that he was hiding the truth from a truth-seeking gathering and that his lawyers were aiding to block efforts to bring to light what seemed obvious to Ghanaian and worldwide audience.
  
  To the audience Afari Djan either displayed serious signs of managerial incompetence or was deliberately unwilling to tell the truth.
  
  His few admissions were damaging enough to overturn his declaration.
