Whilst it is unconstitutional of a president to disrespect the authority of the nation's highest court,John Mahama(first president of Maaame/Daaavi Ghana with 24 children from 13 women) has decided to do so in broad daylight by telling the judges and Ghanaians in general what the outcome of an ongoing petition will be.

If Mahama does not insist that he actually won the elections, then, NPP has no case at the court! So I am surprised that NPP is now blaming Mahama for insisting that he won and would be confirmed by the SC. So to make a claim that Mahama is intimidating the SC is stupidity of the highest order.

Exercise some restraint and let the judges decide the outcome judiciously without any undue pressure from without--meaning the presidency. Atuguba, wake up and let him know who decides and officially announces the verdict. Don't side with and stomach such bold pronouncements 'cos he is the president. I hope you don't let him decide any cases you'll preside over in the near future.

I have already brought the attention of all Ghanaians and the world to the fact that the Supreme Court is very biased.
In the first instance, Justice Atuguba shoud not have been a member of the committee at all. The reason for his exclusion in the nine-member committee is the fact that his close relative has been directly appointed to serve Mr. John Mahama. Hence, from basic logic, Justice Atuguba should have realised that basic law and logic already excludes him.
Another person in the same category is Lawyer Tony Lithur. This person's wife holds a cabinet position in Mr. Mahama's administration. If Mr. Lithurs was any good lawyer, he would have stepped down from his current position as lawyer for the first respondent based on "Conflict of Interest."
Ghanaians are now very aware that both Justice Atuguba and lawyer Tony Lithur are only "Makola" lawyers. They do not understand the very basics of the ethics of law.
Last but not least, Mr. John Mahama is the most corrupt person in the history of Ghana since independence.
He is at the same time, the most unqualified person to sit in that office.
He continues making statements that he is the first northner to be president. Hence refusing to accept and acknowledge that Dr. Hilla Liman was the first legitimately elected northner to become president of Ghana.
An interesting note to bear in mind ayt this momenyt is the fact that, Mr. Mahama's wife, Lordina Mahama, is academically more qualified than Mr.
Mahama. This is because, Mr. John Mahama has never been able to prove to Ghanaians as to the type of degree he "obtained" from Legon. Secondly, he is still unable to deny nor confoirm that he obtained any degree from Russia.
Mr. John Dramamni Mahama has many skeletons in his waldrobe

Last but not least, Mr. John Dramamni Mahama has nt been able to tell
Ghanaians about the exact causes of the death of Professo Atta-Mills. And this is a strong reason why Professor Atta-Mill' Ghost continues haunting Mr. Mahama. It has been rumoured all around Ghana that Mr. Mahama only sleeps during the day and stays awake all night. He is afraid that Professor Atta-Mills' Ghost will descend on him at night.

His first goof was when Asante kotoko and Berekum Chelsea were to play at the Accra sports stadium in champion of champions match. In his opening remarks before kick off, he alluded to the fact that his wife is from Brong Ahafo region, and would be pleased if Chelsea won. This remarks obviously had influence on the centre referee, and Chelsea won.
Second, during the last general election, mahama went on air to urge all presiding officers throughout the country to allow all registered voters to vote without going through verification machine.This is one of the reasons why the NPP is in court today over violations of the electoral laws.
finally,whilst the case is in court, Mahama has goofed again by making prejudicial statement to cajole the Judges into giving verdict in favour of the NDC.Whree lies the claim by the NDC that Mahama is a communication expert? Who is to advise the president before he makes public statements? Is that the way he opens his mouth to talk loosely outside the country? God save this country
