Regardless of how long Egypt has existed (some 5,000+ years) or the United Kingdom (UK) (since the 10th century) or how long the Yankees (Americans) declared their independence from England in 1776, their subsequent local, regional and national elections have always been tainted with irregularities of one sort or another. That’s REALITY, Negro!!

Ghana, as a BABY with teething democratic credentials, is inexperienced in democratic elections and being technologically IMPOTENT will never have any national elections without errors, irregularities, miscounting ballots, etc., etc., so ladies and gentlemen, as HUMANS, there will always be some problems with our elections—as well as the whole world—or tell me where there are perfect elections.

Therefore, we must all learn, allow and accept electoral error margin of say PLUS or MINUS 2%, move on and STOP the foolishness of counting, miscounting and wasting time and money.

KPMG we are told counted 13900! Petitioners say they submitted 11842 - 11,138 and now 11,115 is their working number. Did they think the respondents are foolish to say yes to everything the petitioners say? The petitioners are great liars and confused people! If the claim to submit/supply everything to the Ct, then 11,138 from 13,900 gives 2762. To becharitable with them, we can divide this figure by 3 = 921? 921 +8000 will still be less than the 11,115 of Addison! They must be sincere to themselves and say that we were wrong in submiting our evidence instead of telling lies and calling names! I feel sad that most comments here rather seek to insult Tsikata, the NDC, Q Idun, etc instead of dealing with the issues! I thought the case was something else not knowing it is all about importation or procument details, signature, possibilities of errors, etc! Why the Ct? Even my dead Gmum knows that petitioners DO NOT HAVE A CASE!

Tsatsu had indicated in earlier court proceedings that the respondents had returned to the registrar of the court to indicated they were missing some sheets, and the registrar said what they had is what they petitioners gave.

Mr. Addison, you supported the count! Now you claim it is unnecessary.

You are increasingly looking like a rabbit caught in headlamps. To be fair to you, you made Afari Djan spill some beans that is of little consequence.

We will all find out soon if NPP and the petitioners actually did the dastardly act of sneaking evidence in, to pervert the course of justice.

For that you know the score! You and your entourage and the petitioners will likely face long jail terms.

Can you imagine the smile that will break on Tsatsu Tsikata's face to see that happen?

Tsatsu thinks he is being clever; he has managed to sneak in something about his refusal to tell the court how many pink sheets he claimed to have received. In a civilized court, the judges should have been told what the shortage was, so that they would instruct the registrar to supply same to the respondents. In all this, everybody is quiet about the fact that several weeks ago, the EC complained about their shortage on delivery and were duly served with the rest. Foolish Tsatsu and Lithur rather signed for their consignment without checking, if their claimis true, and timid Atubuga fell for their trickery and ordered the unnecessary counting (and now control counting) by KPMG.
Now we are hearing Tsatsu used some exhibits which cannot be traced by the counting! Matters are getting interesting. Atubuga will swallow his own vomit one day.

For a petitioner who has mounted his high horse to allege irregularities, it is sad to see Addison so messed up with his evidence and exhibit numbers. He wants the court to ignore any case of mislabeling so long as the pink sheet can be identified as tendered evidence ( the respondents have difficulty locating the pink sheets) and yet he insists that serial numbers on the pink sheets far out weigh the importance of the name of the polling station, the code of the polling station and the signatories.
