Yes, easier said than done -- but generic drugs should always be manufactured as needed "in-house." It's senseless to import something as sensitive to time and the elements as medication in bulk through container shipments.

They were donated free by National Cancer Coalition, Americans and Food for the Poor, all from the USA and Klebs Alliance, Germany to the Breast Care International (BCI) Ghana for onward distribution to needy patients.

u pay for the stuffs abroad,you pay container fee (heard only the 20feeter cost like US$3,000) and even after paying this huge fee, the container is not even yours, you got to return it. Customs officers also are waiting for charge you huge amount of money.

Moreover, they can choose to take some of your items after the check-up. Why all this?

Is there government not there to check all this things and make sure those involve in such acts are prosecuted?

People who work at the port can build huge mansions within 6months of working at the port.
