In The case of the discredited former supreme court justice who should have been sanctioned for bringing a frivolous claim, he was his own counsel and consequently the suit could not proceed without his presence. You need to take some continuous legal education classes and you are a disgrace to the bar.

Your request is a fallacy in that the case you are referring to was between Justice Kpagah and Nana Addo whereas the election petition is not between only Nana Addo and defendants. Nana Addo is not the only petitioner in the election case and that is where you are not getting it.Therefore, requesting the Supreme Court to throw out the on going case lacks proper analysis.
