How much petrol can that be? Let petty smugglers alone and concentrate of dangerous armed robbers in the country. Burkina people do not want to cause international trouble and so release the cops as soon as they found out they indeed were cops. Can Ghana do the same when they caught someone in their dragnet that way? I doubt the too known Ghanaians would let them go that quickly without elaborate posturing.

I think you have been out for some time now. At least the last time I went home, I haven´t seen a shadow of GPS in Accra, Tema, or Kumasi! May be things have changed in few days or within a year or two.

not TOM TOM or the other cheap ones. most ships depend on GPS for direction and position . there are hand held GPS at best buy for less than 300dollars. As usual it will be an excuse for someone in Ghana to bill the governmen ...
