NDC risks losing the 2016 elections if this issue of DCEs are not handled properly. The president can decide to listen to the grassroots or those at the regional and national levels of the party and risk losing the 2016 elections.Elections as they say are won at the grassroots and not at the regional or national levels but those at the regional and national levels think the grassroots executives do not have thinking caps like them so they will always like to impose their favourites when in fact they know clearly that the grassroots do not like the person but since they have collected what they want from the person, they ignore them and put their person there.Then when it comes to election then the people decide to vote against the party.This is exactly what is happening in Sampa here. In 2009, they impose Hajia Amina Amadu on us. We protested but they ignored us and in the just ended election, the people punished the party by voting against the parliamentary candidate. We thought party leadership will learn a lesson from it but no the woman has paid hugely to some party executives so they still want to impose her again even though all the constituency executives and branch executives have protested but still those in Sunyani and some few in Accra especially those from Brong-Ahafo say no our stomachs are full so we can not turn our back on the woman no matter what you guys say. Well Mr. President you may listen to them and bring her perhaps cos she is from the just as you. 2016 is coming very soon and we will prove to you that we have our district.
