this is very educative, Dr. but the end of the closing sentence seem to be in parables. someone pl. explain. some suggested exercises for the 55+ yrs olds would have been ideal.

Mum, just do simple exercises like having a small walk or run.I walk and run about 2 to 5km everyday.
