We need a comprehensive land and environmental policies that will be strictly enforced. We make all these beautiful empty policies without enforcing them. Why wouldn't anyone take advantage of us. Just look at our companies that manufactures the food we eat, our abattoirs, restaurants, chop bars and many many others. We have a policy that ensures that these companies fumigates their places using approved chemicals etc, but we have rodents shitting on food, cockroaches displaying and creating illnesses and diseases. We have people who are paid to do the job, yet they sit in air-conditioned rooms and argue about politics. Charity begins at home. Let us start enforcing our laws, take them to court and then any foreign national who comes to Ghana will know that Ghana is a law abiding country. It is done in the US, UK, Saudi, Singapore, Malaysia and many others, that's why we call them civilized countries!
