What is this opportunist saying? In his rightful senses, and against all common senses, he called Bawumiah a 'clueless' witness, and claims he has apologised for his outbursts. If other people want to follow his example, cause him discomfort and call him names, even attack him physically, and hopefully apologise later, he has lost the right to preach tolerance to the world about such people.
Tarzan has shown by his deeds that he is only in the party for what he hopes to gain for himself. For that matter, he must be told in no uncertain terms that he has lost all credibility with the masses, and must shelve his dreams and ambition of ever leading the party. In fact he must count his founding membership forfeited by his own actions in the life of the party. His nephewship to one of the forefathers of the party is neither here nor there. He must go and join his paymasters if he hopes to reach anywhere. So far as the NPP is concerned, he has no future, and posterity will never forgive him, in the same way that the current generation will never tolerate him again!

It's quite ironic that this very statement came from Tarzan. If he is to cast his mind back and be truthful to himself, it should be very apparent that, he should fall on the dagger himself, going by the what has transpired with respect to the very basis of the statement as quoted above.
To address the issue of Perry coming out with the apology letter, much as it could have been done in another way, it does not take anything away from the fact that, under the circumstances, such a letter was required and indeed, it was going to find it's way into the public domain. Who better, than one of the NPP's own, to come out with it than detractors of the party.
The very principles of the party are still intact and diversity of opinion, tolerance, rule of law and decent conduct are still very much in operation and that is why you Tarzan, is facing the disciplinary committee. In any case, this matter has received the necessary flogging and I believe the NPP party is ready to move on. However, it needs to be said that, no individual is above anybody in the party and we sink or soar together, with or without diversity of opinion, tolerance, rule of law and decent conduct. Tarzan should take a hard long look at the very principles he has espoused and act accordingly. His apology has been accepted though, everything considered.

After 21 years, the son is now old enough for his first drink. Dad takes him to the bar, tearfully tells the son he is proud of him and orders up the biggest, strongest drink for his boy. With all the bar patrons looking on curiously and the bartender shaking his head in disbelief, the boy takes his first sip of alcohol. Swoooop! A torso pops out! The bar is dead silent; then bursts into a whoop of joy. The father, shocked, begs his son to drink again.

The patrons chant "Take another drink"! The bartender still shakes his head in dismay. Swoooop! Two arms pops out! The bar goes wild. The father, crying and wailing, begs his son to drink again. The patrons chant "Take another drink"! The bartender ignores the whole affair.

By now the boy is getting tipsy, and with his new hands he reaches down, grabs his drink and guzzles the last of it. Swoooop! Two legs pop out. The bar is in chaos. The father falls to his knees and tearfully thanks God. Wereko Brobbey should not have attended that meeting because had he been lynched, a different story would have been told by his critcs. Why do you sit in a meeting which is attended by baying mob who want your blood? Is this democracy?

Okudzeto and his 'boss' brought in the posse to discourage Tarzan from putting in an appearance. obviously,this would have the cabal the 'excuse' to tell the whole world that the gave him every opportunity to be heard,but he refused to avail himself of that chance. Who will believe these 'red brigades' decided to storm their party headquarters without any prompting from cetain officials of the party?
I must say the 'evolution' you are talking about is now complete;and no neutral observer is going to deny the fact that the NPP is a bana fide RADICALIST party. What remains to be done is for the 'leadership' to prescribe an official para-military uniform,so the group becomes easily identifiable to the public.
