    is simple when fixed on the pole just go around in the night and smash them all from poles. and they would fix them indoor next time round.

    Armed robbers can attack even when lights are on or not. That is not how to deal with security concerns. In any case what your customers are saying is that they are more likely to strike when the lights are out

    A very stupid decision by ECG, nowhere in the advanced world would you see prepaid meters on electric poles. Besides that, why do you want to put a prepaid meter on an electric pole while the consumer lives in a house?
