Once a case Manager and an Assistant Program Director of a psychiatric program, I have seen how psychiatric patients could show LOVE to their partners (Boy-friends and Girl-Friends). There were at times where some of these patients became so "untrollable"that we had to call 911 for them to be taken to crisis units of various hospitals.

In those instances the only people who could "calm" them down were their lovers. They did in such passionate ways to the admirations of all including the staff and some times the Police offers who responded to our calls.

Personally, I have learned a lot from psychiatric patients as they demonstate love and passion to others so long as they remain medication complaint. I think that Ghana government should do whatever it takes to provide resources for the psychiatric facilities in the country.I think we should all be reminded that thier illness need attentions like any other illnesses. Thank you for reading.

Kissing in public is nothing new; the only problem with some Ghanaians is that they are hypocrites and do such things in secret as if they are a sin.

The important thing is that the current 'NDC government' should own up and bear immediate responsibility for the welfare and mental well-being of all mentally ill people in the Ghanaian society.

There is money in the system (country) now so it must be spread evenly and used sensibly and responsibly.

Nobody should dispute that Ghana does have the monetary means to address such shemeful health problems in the country.

embarrassing to me. When I went to city hall to renew his license, I told the
clerk I wanted a license for Sex. He said he'd like one too. Then I said this is
for a dog, and he said he didn't care what she looked like. Then I said you
don't understand, I've had Sex since I was nine years old. He said I must have
been quite a kid.

When I got married and went on my honeymoon, I took the
dog with me, and when I checked into my hotel, I told the clerk I wanted a
room for me and my wife and a special room for Sex. He said every room
was a special room for Sex. I said you don't understand, Sex keeps me awake
at night, and he said me too.

One day I entered a contest, but before the contest began the dog ran away.
Another contestant asked me why I was standing there looking around, and I
told him I was planning to have Sex in the contest. He told me I should have
sold tickets. I said you don't understand, I had hopes of having Sex on TV. He
called me a showoff.

When my wife and I separated, we went to court to fight for custody of the
dog, and I said your honor, I had Sex before I was married, and the judge
said me too. Then I told him after I got married Sex left me, and he said me
too. Last night Sex ran off again, and I spent hours looking for him. A cop
came over and asked me what I was doing in the alley at four o'clock in the
morning. I told him I was looking for Sex.

My case comes up next Friday.

I am really sorry and heartbroken. I read the story almost in tears. these two people are human beings. they are children born into families. they were once friends to many ghanaians. they have not offended anyone. they are simply sick and they need attention because they cannot help themselves. indeed they do not even know that they are sick and doing what they are reported to be doing. my question is this: if the woman were your own sibling, sister, auntie, mother and the man your uncle, father, son, nephew, friend, would you write the article with the glee that it carries? would you do anything about? would you feel sorry for them? would you think it is funny? would you simply think it is a case of "madly in love" and funny?
Who is in charge now, PLEASE? Somebody please? Is there NOONE in authority to give the command for these two to be "rescued" and taken care of?
O God our heavenly father, these are some of the problems we face on earth. our hearts have stopped bleeding where they should. we delight in things that do us no good. we simply don't care, Lord. Please come to our aid. Bless anyone in authority and with expertise to help this brother and sister because they cannot help themselves, Lord. we trust you to let your will be done onto them Lord, now as it is done in heaven. thank you Lord in the name of Jesus the Lord, who you sent down to suffer and die for the sake of ALL, including these two. AMEN AND AMEN.
