THE GOVERNMENT(MINISTRY OF HEALTH,AMBULANCE SERVICES,FIRE SERVICES) SHOULS ALSO SPEND MONEY IN TEACHING "CPR"(CARDIO PULMONARY RESUSCITATION).

SOME MIGHT NOT BE HAVING PULSE,WHEN THERE IS A SITUATION LIKE THESE.SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO ADMINISTER CPR,COULD SAVE THAT PERSON,WHO WOULD DIE IF NOTHING IS DONE TO PREVENT AND SAVE HIM.
I REMEMBER,WHEN I WAS IN GHANA,IF SOMEONE PASSES OUT(FAINTS),WE JUST POUR WATER ON THEM TO REVIVE THEM.BUT THAT IS TOTALLY WRONG.IT DOESN'T HELP THEM IN ANY WAY.I PITY LOTS OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE DIES JUST FOR THE IGNORANCE OF CPR ADMINISTRATION SAKE.
IT WOULD DO MORE GOOD THAN HARM,IF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH WOULD TAKE IT SERIOUS IN STARTING TO TRAIN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS SIMPLE PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE/PROCEDURE WE CALL:CPR.

Are the markets in Ghana considered as places of abode where people can take up residence,light candles and leave their babies in there and go out to buy diapers? Ghana has been reduced to this state because we fail to ask questions and instead swallow any irational statements thrown at us.
