If you can provide water, education, electricity 24/7, free medical care for all your citizens and pay any unemployed person benefit to live upon all his life, among others you are certainly develped.
It gets to a point where the G8 does not even need any agenda. It's only a meeting to announce how the thieves are now going to help their victims.
Mahama ,why did you not tell Cameron that your country will not allow itself to be short-changed by foreign development partners in its quest to pursue economic development.
