  SOMETIMES IM SAD TO BE A GHAIANAIAN AND AT TIMES ALSO NATURALLY HAPPY JUST BECAUSE OF MY PROFESIONAL BACKGROUND THAT PROVIDES ME WITH THE KNOWLEGDE TO APPRECIATE WHAT IT IS TO BE IN BUSSINES AND ALSO WHAT IT MEANT BY PROVISION OF AFFORDABLE,QUALITY AND ASSESIBLE HEALTH CARE.This word is a hpoe of the poor because NHI is tauted as pro poor prograame,but in reality what do we see,lack of assurance of quality of service to client of NHI,ambivalent payemnt at the hospital FOR SERVICES COVERED OR NOT,poor quality drugs dispense to client of NHI.All thses practices are in the full knowlegde of these crooks of NHI ESPECIALLY THE ASHANTI and what do they do.They have left we the client at the mercies of the hospital who arr also complainign of low charges for services paid to them including lower amount of money allocated for payment of drugs in the face of continues increASE IN THE PRICES OF DRUGs.MY main question is what at all isthe interest of these NHI OFFICIALS?do they have any law that that protect the interest of the client by way ensuring quality of service and non charging of services under NHIS.I have complained several times to these offices at both the schemes and the regional but nothn better seem to come out of it.Friends ,the funny aspect is is,can you imaging that i ones overheard that even the offices of the scheme are made to pay at the hospital for services that are covered under NHI.IM not sure they haver even any enforceable contract with the hospitals imsure such thins wont happend.If the NHI that is suppose to review the prices of drugs after every six month doe not do it.the last medicines list i guess has been in usage since april 2011.This bull of a person knows all these but only interested in uselss and blind praises .i hve been at hospitlas where people ar made to pay for fees and all that they tell the client is our director say we should charge this amount becouase of capitation which this bull is aware
