  i am very happy that the PPP as a party has expressed their concern and as a computer science graduate i agree with them one hundred percent. why should we waste tax payers money to get something that already exists. there should be one central database that will serve all government institutions that will need the data. why should the NHIA try and collect data which has already been captured by the NIA?
