Victor Owusu was a CPP member of parliament before he crossed carpet to join the UP. His nephew should not try to tell the UP/PP/PFP and NPP what to do. NPP does not owe Victor Owusu or his nephew anything. He was the party's flag-bearer but did not even win. That's all. The executive should expel Tarzan for good.
