I believe this is the only honourable left for Nana Addo to do.Nana Addo must withdraw his petition to bring back peace in Ghana if he so loves his people.I am saying this because the petition was wrongfully presented in court.Bawumia spent all his time loading his CD-ROM WITH EVIDENCE AND ANALYSIS.Unfortunately,the CD was rejected by the 9 judges,leaving Bawumia to depend on less fancy pink sheets.This is like sending a soldier to war front without a gun.In many ocassions,Bawumia confessed that the Cd was better prepared than the pink sheets.Nana Addo must take the responsibility for sending an unarmed soldier to the war front.Apparently,Nana Addo has lost 2 battles and must be capitulated.His withdrawal will save more innocent lives and bring back peace and stability.If he waits for the court to dismiss his petition then the situation can escalate into violence.As at now,there is no need for anybody to die for Nana Addo.He must simply withdraw his petition like what Prof.Atta Mills did.Thank you.

I have time and again accused the NPP of bombast and unnecessary confrontation. Noise, noise and more noise. Very little introspection in order to think things through before final action. Are we seeing the beginnings of needed change to transform the party to appeal to the nation as a whole and not just a predominant tribe. One Tribe Does Not A Party Win. Nana is a very nice man. He and Tsatsu used to be the foremost guys I used to admire and took inspiration from growing up as young man in the High Court registry. Party politics has transformed him into some urecognizable aparition. For the sake of Ghana and our rich tradition and potential,I hope this airport gesture is a bold first step by the leadership to overhaul the NPP and emerge as across-section party.

The NPP members are being fooled by Nana Addo and his disciples are doing everything possible to keep Nana Addo in the eyes of the disappointed supporters / members especially those who will vote at their Congress to select a flag bearer for 2016. These few individuals are simply high jacking the already polarized democratic procedures of the party to be re-elected as party leaders of the party at the expense of many over qualified and discerning ones.
The petition was the strategy but from all indication the SC will in few weeks pass the verdict and the petitioners as well as most level headed NPPians who are not blind-following of Nana for the sake of their stomachs knows they are on the wrong and weak side of the scale. Knowing the verdict would bury them politically, they brainstormed and came out with this propagandist strategy; Nana travels to UK, returns, the supporters are made aware of his return to troop to the Airport.
If Sir John does not want his thugs to visit the Airport to cause mayhem knowing very well that it will definitely cause some security concerns because of the thugs track record and the delicate and sensitive nature of the Airport, why in the first place announce the day he returns to the same people he is warning not to be at the Airport? He could have waited to tell them Nana arrived and well wishers are invited at his residence. Well, I don't blame him; is it not Sir John that we all know?
If NPP wants to be respected as a party worthy of governing Ghana again, then all the current executives must be replaced at Congress and a new young and promising flag bearer who is Northerner, a Ga or an Ewe should be elected; free counsel!
