don't be surprised if you hear members of this government claiming to have "laid down the necessary planning and construction documentation of the bui-dam for Kufuor to implement".

The HC judge who gave the ruling shd bow down his head in shame. He does not know that all states are legally equal so Ghana has no jurisdiction over Argentina. An indictment on the quality of our legal education.
Once again, our infallible supreme court has come to our rescue from another international embarrassment due to lack of tact from the government. Keep us believing in the sanctity of the law, our lordships.
