I have never seen a government full of stupid people like NDC. They have quarter education that cannot go beyond their stupidity withing the boundaries of Ghana but they don't even know that they are sub-standards.

It is the NPP friendly High Court that ordered the seizure of the Argentine vessel and it took the wise intervention of President Mahama to appeal to the Supreme Court through the Attorney General's office as the International Tribunal in Hamburg had ruled against Ghana to have the High Court ruling quashed and the ship released immediately. Mahama could have done that unilaterally but he chose to follow the rule of law and common sense which was initially not used by the corrupt judiciary until the international community saw the disgraceful decision by the court of the corrupt NPP judges.

Look, the whole legal establishment in Ghana, including the lawyers in the country, both private and public, failed woefully in handling that seizure of the military vessel! They behaved like ignorant fools and ignoramuses on a simple legal convention.

Can they also tell us whether a sitting present can be sued? And the immunity in the Constitution granted to him does not apply when his re-election is disputed?

The HC judge who gave the ruling shd bow down his head in shame. He does not know that all states are legally equal so Ghana has no jurisdiction over Argentina. An indictment on the quality of our legal education.

Our SC need to find ways of fast tracking this type of cases. It is good they have arrived at this ruling but it should have come earlier than this. This also shows that some of our high court judges do not usually consider t ...

Our SC need to find ways of fast tracking this type of cases. It is good they have arrived at this ruling but it should have come earlier than this. This also shows that some of our high court judges do not usually consider the implications of their rulings in the largest interest of the society and peace as well. This is really unfortunate, and I think we are still far behind in this regard.
