  They charge exhorbitant school fees and load children in junks used as cars. I think remember the very calous state in which a school bus degenerated until a pupil fell through a hole in the bus and was killed. Murderers in ...

  This man should shut up. They have been saying this thing over and over. They only come out when they need press publicity. They see them all the time.

  I thank the Commander for the piece of warning given to these proprietors they take the life of school children for granted. Commander arrest them if found not to be doing the right thing.
