Nobody invited the NDC to join the petitiion but themselves.

The matter before the supreme court is the rigging of the 2012 elections by their own appointed electoral commissioner Afari Djan.

The Petitioners' evidence is before the supreme court and if the NDC believes the election was free and fair, they should bring their evidence to prove that, instead of trying to play games with the number of pink sheets in their possession.

Didn't the NDC claim they have evidence to show that the election was free and fair, hence their decision to join the suit ?

So why are they not presenting their evidence before the court but rather dancing 'agbadza' with pink sheet numbers ?

If you yourself believe that election is for people and not for provinces or territories, then why are you refusing to accept that the fool's claim that NDC won 8 out of 10 regions was bullshit.

If Mahama with 8 regions was able to get only 5,574,761 votes and Akuffo Addo with only 2 regions was able to get 5,248,898 votes according to the gospel of Afari Gyan, does it make sense to use regions as a determining factor ?

The trouble I have containing my anger is that Nana knows no election anywhere is without a hitch. And that losers usually shrug shoulders and move on. He knows especially that our institutions are not strong and that they can't withstand any upheaval, but he insists every ballot cast be explained to him. Why?

With our laid back attitude, how does Nana expect a flawless election.

On top of everything, Nana knows quite well that if you give a jumble of papers to even computer to count, it will come with a different figure every time. If precision machines can't get it right all the time, how does Nana expect a semi educated, lazy returning officers in rural areas of Ghana come out with completely unassailable figures.?

He will have everybody's support, and if it turns out that we indeed have an illegitimate president, surely, we will support the constitutional mandate of having him and his appointees removed. trust me, that can be done peacefully. you see, you talk about peace but only when you want to shut down the privileges of NPP supporters as far as freedom of speech. You only confirm the common notion - of course which the NDC will deny but easily and quickly put to practice - your violent tendencies. Discerning Ghanaians unwillingness to demand for a neutral Electoral Commission which was not appointed by the NDC doesn't mean the Electoral commission will always be allowed to get away with its bias.

Need you be told how hard democratic forces in the country and outside have fought the NDC to bring us this far in our democratic dispensation, when they lost the Referendum overwhelmingly in 1992 and refuse to handover to a transitional govt, but redesigned the tyrannical and brutal dictatorship of p/NDC into what we now call the NDC with state monies, when no other political party was given a penny by the state to campaign ?

From organising elections with the district assembly electoral register of 1986 in the 1992 elections; using opaque ballot boxes for the 1992 elections ; voting without photo ID cards ;

Cite one progressive country in the world where the govt spent an excess GHC8 billion of its expenditure without parliamentary approval and without a single project to show for it !

It is interesting to note that perhaps, save Js Baffoe Bonnie, none of the receipients,includindg the court registry itself, appears not to have a full complement of the set of pink sheets purportedly served by the petitioners! In effect, what the petitioners are claiming is that the registry has messed up 'royally' and brought about this confusion.
Whereas as they talk about a 'missing' box from the the Presiding Judge`s office, they have failed to address the the respondents concerns about additinal boxes which suddenly surfaced at the registry`s 'strongroom'. i find this very interesting indeed!

Take for example; when you call power point presentation on a media, CD Rom, it has some zest to it. But all that is, is a paper copy of your unproven thinking captured on a compact disc (CD). If you read those very words and make rhythm to it you could produce a music cd to be sold for $5.00. Now for the less enlightened, your cd rom is power enough to give you the presidency of Ghana. Well folks, I can tell you here and now that, if you don't already know, that ROM means Read Only Memory. Which in turn means you cannot add any more docs to that cd once it is close after recording

Numbers, numbers, numbers challenge. All Ii can say is let say you chill goes to write a maths exam. He is asked to do the following: Q1. 560 x 75 =? Q2. 100 - 20 =? After looking at the question the child reasons that Q1 is too hard so he would rather deduct the hundred from 560 and comes up with 460 and since 20 easily multiplies 75; he has passed the exam. The reasoning, is since he used all the numbers in the question he should score in that exam, and be promoted.

Again let's say I bought 50 apples and 10 oranges making 60 fruits from you. I call you a day later to say that your delivery person brought 50 oranges and 10 apples to my home and you tell me well I bought 60fruits so the delivered 60 fruits. Does this sound right to you?

Let us forget party politics for one millisecond second. The first and second respondents, the courts, Judges and all that are involved in this court case are supposed to receive equal number of pink sheets. The very number you claim you have submitted in the first place. If you cannot handle this task in a competent manner, no amount of CR-Rom analysis and power point presentation can exonerate your failure to make s case for yourself. (If you ever have one).

People who make informed choices will see what I am saying here, but people who follow others for some other reason will read this since it does not match their view, the would do the name calling declare ............. fill in the blanks.

We as a people need to agree to disagree on issues, because we are all in the same boat, called Ghana. No amount denigrating others will make them go away. And the more you antagonize you political opponent the more difficult it will be for us to move forward as a nation. Take heed that you don’t fall victim to your own doings

The nature of the 'permutations the petitioners have to resort to to make their case is mindboggling! Take the set of pink sheets from the registry, add it to the set from the 3rd respondent(ignoring duplications ,triplications and quadruplications, etc,) and then factor what is in the posseesion of the presiding judgein order to arrive at a true figure that we submitted to the court. how this can be construed as validating the petitioners claims is beyond me!

Secondly, they are indicating that a number of pink sheets used by the respondents to cross examine Dr Bawumia, were neither found with the Registry set nor the judge's.

How did they even get the figures of the respondents when the respondents have refused to disclose the number of sheets they have in custody for strategic reasons?
