The counsel for John Mahama,Tony Lithur, at the supreme court election petition case was part of the woyome scam that stole millions of Euros from Ghana. This is SICK- NDC must go".

The NDC crooks knew what they were doing. They knew that they were stealing.Each had his/her share in those monies. They must be investigated by independence panel. Can you imagine what happened during satan Rawlings terror reign? I am sure, that time, it was free for all. The Ewes gangsters, PV Obeng, Ahois really raped Ghana's treasury.

Some of these NDC crooks must pay for the wrongs they have committed against our nation. We can not let them go free like that. Our democracy will never grow if we can not punish these government officials when they commit fraud. There should not be untouchables.

Let us investigate and punish the guilty ones to serve as deterrent to any would be fraudster. Woyome was complaining that he regretted serving Ghana. According to Prof. Mike Ocquaye, who was energy Minister in 2005 when the bidding process was opened, "the company had no contract with the State, nor did it render any services to the country to warrant the demand of such a payment."

He averred that "Parliament would have had to endorse a contract of such international nature had the contract really been awarded to Isofoton or any of the other competitive bidders."

Concur, I believe this Prof. Mike Ocquaye was the energy minister and claimed to know all what is written above, where was Prof. at the time of the judgement and payment of the money. Since he claimed to know so much, he should have come out openly to tell the whole nation and I believe many will support him. Unfortunately he did not do that till Amidu came out to challenge. There is more than what we are hearing now and I do not believe in any of these politicians. Remember, there is no smoke without fire. The company did not just walk to the courts to claim money without any document or is it possible and do you believe in what he is saying?

Some of us are so HUNG on this "no contract" business, neglecting how EASY it is to enter into contracts- most people enter into contracts even verbally without knowing it- but we know that "ignorance of the law is no excuse!" So, why always NO CONTRACT? DO GHANAIAN OFFICIALS EVER ENTER INTO VALID CONTRACTS? To an observer from faraway who may be eyeing Ghana for possible business opportunities, these recent developments are UNDEMOCRRATIC, RUNS AFOUL OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ETHICS, CORRUPT TO THE CORE, and simply scary- especially if a foreign company can LURED into what it thinks is a valid contract, while the domestic officials are just doing it for kickbacks, knowing that a higher court could reverse the deal? WOW!

We CANNOT continue to use this NO CONTRACT BS as a defense, because quite frankly, it is beginning to make Ghana's representatives look like LAUGHING HYENAS in the eyes of the rest of the world!

Whereas in Ghana NO CONTRACT is EVER formed yet goods, services, payments, kickbacks, and judgments debt payments exchange hands nevertheless;whereas an international arbitrator could find evidence of contracts, if what the facts availed in the media have a "peppercorn" of truth to it!

I agree with Corney that this judgment debt debacle will ONLY be minimized when ALL PARTIES, from the foreign entities, to the Ghanaian representatives, to those at the AG's dept and the law courts who may have performed their duties blindly, corruptly, on negligently are ALL without FEAR or FAVOR brought to BOOK!

Then, Ghana must also institute FORMAL training programs, including written materials that are clearly written, trained and made available to EVERY conceivable NEXUS in the official government contracting environment, to be TRAINED and RETRAINED till all are competent to execute their duties according to the rules..

Lastly, there must be an ENFORCEMENT/ or CHECK and BALANCE institution APART from the INEPT and CORRPUT parliament to REVIEW blockbuster deals, which may have a certain $$$ assigned to it..

"We" must offer practical solutions to this monumentally corrupt institutions in Ghana whose "sores have festered way beyond" redemption!

It was an NDC enterprise to steal our monies and nothing to do with any other party.

Petty politics, shear petty politics is what has got us here. Instead of serving as a serious opposition, the NPP spends all its time on the unnecessary. I assume, having spend time as a minister, he would have been interested in all transactions of the State apart from that huge Ex-Gratia award he had.
Yes, I will want to see people fall on their swords for this crime to the State, by hearing it from another corrupt mouth makes me quake in my boots. Ghanaians must wake up and throw out this flipping of the same coin kind of politics in Ghana. It is time to give Dr. Nduom a chance, just like in Senegal. At least, we can show them that power resides with the people and not political parties. Where was Prof. Mike Ocquaye when Kufuor was awarding him and his cronies awards on their way out of government.
Until, we are truly independent by relying on our own guarded resources and stop this mad dependency on foreign AID, these things will continue to happen. It is a story of going for their money in return for their corrupt companies trading on our shores. And Oh!, they have found a better way to cheat us, fall between the gaps of government change over to steal our money.
Why Ghana still borrows, beggars my imagination. If it is to pay salaries and projects, I say, boooooooo, our nurses, teachers, etc. are not being paid properly, adequately and on time and yet, the polish State cars gets rolled out of Tema Harbour every now and then. Guess what! our 'Honourable MPs' just increased their salaries to over 5000 pounds a month and not a single protest from Ghana. Sometimes, I wish I was a Kenyan, they are more determined and focused even with less resources than Ghana. Wake! Wake up! Wake up! Wake up Ghana.

Betty Mould-Idrissu for instance being a lawyer must be so seriously punished to deter who are always bent on stealing from the government coffers of the nation. These officials always knew the wrong things they exactly wanted to pursue without any care of the consequences, in Ghana, officers manning the machinery of the government are so pig-headed who need to be so punished that posterity may forgive them after such punishment. Ghana is about the only country in the world where a government officials steal money and turns around to tell the people that they is smart for stealing without any body catching them, and that reminds me of government agencies entrusted to check the activities of the government, they are equally guilty and must be equally punished since they are all in collusion with other culprits to defraud the nation.

Many have been quick to call on President Mahama to order EOCO to expedite action on retrieving monies belonging to the state which were dashed out to Woyome, Waterville and Co. The calls are coming the wake of the ruling in favour of Ghana’s Citizen Vigilante, Gargantuan General Martin Amidu. Some are calling him to reward the Gargantuan General whilst some are even advocating his reinstatement as the substantive minister of justice and Attorney General. But to this time not even a cough have been heard from the president or the presidency regarding this nation wrecking conspiracy which led to the dolling out of such monies to these companies and individual. To many of us who have watched this episode very closely, the doormat reaction of Mahama and his administration is nothing to exclaim about. It is an established fact that the whole NDC administration is deeply complicit in this whole saga. Not just because key figures in the administration are involved but also because they openly and vehemently placed themselves against anyone who raised doubts about the right of these companies and especially Woyome to receive this bulk sum from our poor country. We all still remember how the entire ndc rented press and its communication machinery turned their arsenals against Gargantuan General Amidu and Hon Ken Agyapong when these revelations started. It made it look more like an entire administration conspiring with these folks to rape the nation as the judges rightly mentioned.

What is more intriguing is that, President Mahama has just refused to say a word since Gargantuan General Amidu was handed these two victories in the highest court of our land. Not even a congratulatory message. I find it very funny when people are asking for a reward for the Gargantuan General seeing that even a greeting has not reached his ear from the president. But as I indicated earlier on, I don’t expect the president to utter a word. Because his own vice, H.E Amissah Arthur was the governor of the Bank of Ghana when this monies were approved and paid to The NDC financier, Waterville and Isofoton.

In fact it was vice president Amissah Arthur who was governing the finance of this country and should have known or even knew the details of this unprecedented and unmerited payments. Mr Mahama had full knowledge of all these when he still went ahead to choose Amissah Arthur as his vice presidential candidate. Moreover, big heads within the NDC like Kwabena Duffour, Betty Mould Iddrisu, Barton Oduro and the entire AG inner circle at the time have all been saddled and tightly entangled in this saga. All the lawyers who threw conscience to the dogs and forgot about sanity and even legalities and defended Woyome and his cronies are all big guns within the NDC. The counsel for Betty Mould Iddrisu is a good example.

To put things very, straight it looks like a big gang of NDC guns who conspired and connived with this folks to loot the state dry. Don’t therefore expect the president to act in this matter. When he does I will understand the political cosmetics rather than his genuine intention to do anything against all these people one of whom is his chosen vice and another a deputy speaker of the parliament. The presidency has its hands deeply stained in this matter. If this matter is pushed further there are revelations which will surely shock Ghanaians. The money went into many pockets and a further aggravating of matters from the president by opening his mouth too wide will backfire seriously and dent the image of his government beyond repair. He has chosen the right option, because he is living in a glass house and throwing stones will be risky. Any politician will love to make very good points by showing his support for Mr Amidu in this development, but the president is saddled, He just can't move.

THAT THE FIGURE 547 REPRESENTED A CRIMINAL SUSPECT WHO STOLE MY PERSONAL IDENTITY AND USED IT TO PROCURE T.MOBILE PHONE AND USED THE ADDRESS OF 547 W FRITZ STREET, RICHMOND, VA 23222 WHILE I WAS BY THEN RESIDENT AT 507 FRITZ STREET, RICHMOND, VA 23222 AND THE THEN GHANA AMBASSADOR TO UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NAME WAS ALSO FRITZ AND I REPORTED THE CASE OF THE IDENTITY THEFT TO H.E.MR.FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE W.BUSH WHO WAS THEN THE SITTING PRESIDENT OF UNITED STATES AND I WAS HELPING THE PRESIDENT.
THAT WHEN I WROTE THE RICHMOND PUBLIC SCHOOLS REPORT AND PROPOSED IT TO BE USED AS A CASE STUDY OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF AMERICA TO H.E.MR.FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE W.BUSH THAT IN ADDITION, I RESPECTFULLY ALSO PROPOSED TO THE PRESIDENT TO INVITE OFFICIALLY H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN AGYEKUM KUFUOR TO THE WHITE HOUSE.
THAT THE PROPOSAL WAS ACCEPTED AND THE FORMER PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN AGYEKUM KUFUOR WAS OFFICIALLY INVITED TO THE WHITE HOUSE THAT CULMINATED OF THE MELLINIEUM GRANT OF $547 MILLION FOR POVERTY REDUCTIONS.
THAT AT THE TIME ALSO MY MONEYS, LETTERS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY WERE STOLEN AND I REPORTED SAME TO THE PRESIDENT OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
THAT MY UNDERSTANDING WAS THAT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA GAVE ME $10 MILLION THROUGH GHANA SINCE I AM AND WAS STILL A GHANAIAN RESIDENT IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE MONEY HAS NEVER BEEN GIVEN TO ME.
THAT NECESSITATED ME TO ASK WHETHER OR NOT AMERICA TRULY GAVE ME THE $10 MILLION WHEN GHANA RECEIVED THE GRANT DURING H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT JOHN AGYEKUM KUFUOR NPP GOVERNMENT WHEN HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO WAS THE THEN GHANA FOREIGN MINISTER?
THAT I RESPECTFULLY DESERVED AN ANSWER FROM BOTH GHANA AND AMERICA GOVERNMENTS BECAUSE THE GRANT WAS TURNED TO JUDGEMENT DEBTS ?
