The 9 supreme court judges unanimously said there was no contract between ISOFOTON and the Ghana government, so on what basis did the NDC govt pay them those monies ?

Professional thieves with no sense of shame and always capitalizing on the ignorance and gullibility of their foolsoldiers to feed them with lies !

Only thieves and crime-infested aliens will see nothing wrong with the NDC govt for stealing our monies and giving it to their cronies.

Where is your proof that Isofoton had that contract engagement with Kufour's administration well before Mr. Mpiani came and changed them? Reading Mr. Mpiani's assertion there was no contract on the pipe line between the Government of Ghana and Isofoton which Mr. Mpiani ochestrated its abrogation.

Rather the Government of Ghana was working with the Spanish Government for a reputable Spanish Company which could execute the contract hence when the Government of Ghana had the recomendation from the Spanish Government, Mr. Mpiani in his position as then Chief of Staff, made it known to Mr. Kuffour. There was no earlier contract between Isofoton and the Kuffour Government.

Mr Mpiani would do as a favour by clarifying issues further. Did the Kuffour gov't award Isofoton SA a contract or not ? If they did was the contract awarded to Isofoton SA set aside and later awarded to another company? If it was awarded to another company , may we know the company that finally executed the contract ? If it was just an invitation to treat or a mere call to tender that took place and never reached a contractual agreement , may he also show as proof to that effect?

Clarifying these issues would help us appreciate these case better because according to prof Ocquaye , who was the energy minister at the time , Isofoton SA was never awarded a contract.
However it doesn't add up to me , reason being that if indeed ISO SAwas never awarded the contract, on what grounds did the co sue the G.O.G for breach of contract and proved albeit on a balance of probability which led to award of compensation against the state?

There are so many unanswered questions and they will do the good people of Ghana a favour by clarifying these issues .
